管理層權(quán)力與管理者激勵的研究:一個文獻(xiàn)綜述

【摘要】:管理層權(quán)力理論已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)外解釋管理者各種激勵形式的基礎(chǔ)理論。文章將管理者的激勵形式分為顯性激勵(貨幣薪酬、股票期權(quán))和隱性激勵(在職消費、職位晉升),梳理了目前關(guān)于管理層權(quán)力影響管理者各種激勵形式的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,就媒體關(guān)注管理層權(quán)力對于管理者激勵影響作用的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng),以及管理層權(quán)力影響管理者激勵路徑(并購、財務(wù)重述)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了整理。
[Abstract]:Management power theory has become the basic theory to explain all kinds of incentive forms of managers at home and abroad. In this paper, the incentive forms of managers are divided into explicit incentive (monetary compensation, stock option) and implicit incentive (in-service consumption, position promotion). On this basis, the media concerned about the regulatory effect of management power on managers' incentive, as well as the management power impact on managers' incentive path (M & A, financial restatement) related literature is sorted out.
