【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的大環(huán)境中,農(nóng)業(yè)組織化呈現(xiàn)了多元化的特點,新型經(jīng)濟形態(tài)的介入給農(nóng)業(yè)組織化注入了新鮮的血液,為解決農(nóng)業(yè)組織化發(fā)展問題、促進農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供了全新的思路和方法。在各種農(nóng)業(yè)組織化創(chuàng)新模式中,期貨農(nóng)業(yè)因其使用期貨這一金融工具將新興金融市場和傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)市場聯(lián)系起來的獨特屬性,為農(nóng)業(yè)組織化提供了重要的發(fā)展載體。期貨農(nóng)業(yè)是近年興起的,由部分農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)在訂單農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上為了更好地規(guī)避價格風(fēng)險和違約風(fēng)險而探索出來的新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式。該模式一般采用“農(nóng)業(yè)訂單+期貨貿(mào)易”,將期貨市場引入農(nóng)產(chǎn)品種植、采購、加工、銷售等生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中。一方面使涉農(nóng)企業(yè)可以利用期貨市場價格作為經(jīng)營決策參考,更合理地確定產(chǎn)品價格,調(diào)整經(jīng)營策略；另一方面,通過參與期貨市場操作,如套期保值可以利用期貨市場抵補現(xiàn)貨市場的盈虧,來實現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價格波動風(fēng)險的規(guī)避,鎖定利潤,增加盈利點,擴展營銷渠道,提高農(nóng)業(yè)訂單的履約率,客觀上促進農(nóng)業(yè)組織化的發(fā)展。本文從期貨農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)組織化的相關(guān)關(guān)系入手,首先介紹了背景和意義,對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究進行了綜述,說明了文章寫作的方法和數(shù)據(jù)來源。通過闡述期貨農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)組織化的理論基礎(chǔ),分析期貨農(nóng)業(yè)如何利用期貨價格發(fā)現(xiàn)功能和規(guī)避風(fēng)險功能；通過建立模型分析期貨農(nóng)業(yè)功能的實現(xiàn)模式及其與現(xiàn)貨市場的關(guān)系,證明了期貨農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)生并發(fā)展的合理性及其作用發(fā)揮的科學(xué)性；通過闡明農(nóng)業(yè)組織化及其內(nèi)涵,為制定農(nóng)業(yè)組織化評價指標體系奠定基礎(chǔ)。重點章節(jié)中,第一部分通過構(gòu)建期貨農(nóng)業(yè)傳導(dǎo)機制模型,詳細分析了種植期和銷售期期貨農(nóng)業(yè)的傳導(dǎo)機制,得出期貨農(nóng)業(yè)通過農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)、銷售環(huán)節(jié)、政策環(huán)節(jié)及期貨農(nóng)業(yè)各要素將期貨市場功能和農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系起來的結(jié)論。第二部分詳細分析了農(nóng)業(yè)組織化的影響要素,通過建立評價指標體系將抽象的農(nóng)業(yè)組織化問題具體化,使用AHP對農(nóng)業(yè)組織化進行評價,得出了各評價指標的權(quán)重,提出了促進農(nóng)業(yè)組織化發(fā)展的一般思路。第三部分具體分析了期貨農(nóng)業(yè)對農(nóng)業(yè)組織化產(chǎn)生作用的傳遞機制,并反映了農(nóng)業(yè)組織化對期貨農(nóng)業(yè)的反向影響。本文采用了實證分析和案例分析來證實期貨農(nóng)業(yè)對農(nóng)業(yè)組織化的影響及其作用,進一步證明期貨農(nóng)業(yè)確實能夠促進農(nóng)業(yè)組織化發(fā)展。期貨農(nóng)業(yè)作為高層次的農(nóng)業(yè)模式,對農(nóng)業(yè)組織化有極大的促進作用。因此,發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)組織化,提高農(nóng)業(yè)組織化程度,可以通過發(fā)展期貨農(nóng)業(yè)來實現(xiàn)。本文最后從宏觀政策和微觀操作兩個層面,對如何發(fā)展期貨農(nóng)業(yè)以促進農(nóng)業(yè)組織化發(fā)展提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the environment of economic globalization, agricultural organization presents the characteristics of diversification. The intervention of new economic form has injected fresh blood into agricultural organization, in order to solve the problem of agricultural organization development. Promote agricultural economy development to provide brand-new thought and method. Among the innovative models of agricultural organization, futures agriculture provides an important carrier for the development of agricultural organization because of its unique attribute of using futures as a financial tool to link the emerging financial market with the traditional agricultural market. Futures agriculture is a new agricultural production and management model developed by some leading agricultural enterprises on the basis of order agriculture in order to avoid the price risk and default risk in recent years. This model generally adopts "agricultural order futures trade", and introduces the futures market into the production and management process of agricultural products planting, purchasing, processing and selling. On the one hand, to enable agribusiness enterprises to use futures market prices as a reference for business decisions, to more reasonably determine product prices and adjust business strategies; on the other hand, by participating in futures market operations, For example, hedging can use the futures market to offset the profits and losses of the spot market, to avoid the risk of agricultural product price fluctuations, to lock in profits, to increase profit points, to expand marketing channels, and to improve the performance rate of agricultural orders. Objectively promote the development of agricultural organization. Starting with the correlation between futures agriculture and agricultural organization, this paper first introduces the background and significance, summarizes the relevant studies at home and abroad, and explains the writing methods and data sources. By expounding the theoretical basis of futures agriculture and agricultural organization, this paper analyzes how futures agriculture makes use of the function of futures price discovery and risk avoidance, and analyzes the realization mode of futures agricultural function and its relationship with spot market by establishing models. This paper proves the rationality of the production and development of futures agriculture and the scientific nature of its function, and lays a foundation for establishing the evaluation index system of agricultural organization by expounding the agricultural organization and its connotation. In the key chapters, the first part through the construction of futures agricultural transmission mechanism model, detailed analysis of the transmission mechanism of futures agriculture during the planting period and sales period, get the futures agriculture through the agricultural production, sales links, The conclusion that the function of futures market and agricultural economy are connected by the policy link and the elements of futures agriculture. In the second part, the influence factors of agricultural organization are analyzed in detail. The abstract agricultural organization is concretized by establishing evaluation index system, and the weight of each evaluation index is obtained by using AHP to evaluate agricultural organization. The general idea of promoting the development of agricultural organization is put forward. The third part analyzes the transmission mechanism of the effect of futures agriculture on agricultural organization, and reflects the reverse effect of agricultural organization on futures agriculture. This paper uses the empirical analysis and case analysis to prove the impact of futures agriculture on agricultural organization and its role, and further proves that futures agriculture can promote the development of agricultural organization. As a high-level agricultural model, futures agriculture plays a great role in promoting agricultural organization. Therefore, the development of agricultural organization, improve the degree of agricultural organization, can be achieved through the development of futures agriculture. In the end, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to develop futures agriculture in order to promote the development of agricultural organization from two aspects of macro policy and micro operation.
