【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)九十年代以來,隨著中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展,人類的生產(chǎn)、生活方式發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。尤其進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來,各種新型的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)雨后春筍般出現(xiàn),隨之出現(xiàn)的高估值現(xiàn)象引起社會各界的關(guān)注。如何評估互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)的價(jià)值已經(jīng)成為越來越多的學(xué)者的研究對象�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)相比有其獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn),特別是體現(xiàn)在其商業(yè)模式的差異上。在分析國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文認(rèn)為傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)價(jià)值評估方法在評估互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)價(jià)值時(shí)存在局限性,都沒有將商業(yè)模式因素考慮進(jìn)去,而商業(yè)模式對于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)價(jià)值的評估有很重要的影響作用。因此,有必要探討一種更適用的評估方法,將商業(yè)模式因素融入到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)價(jià)值評估中。本文首先在分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)、商業(yè)模式理論的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡明商業(yè)模式是影響互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)價(jià)值的重要因素,并對傳統(tǒng)的價(jià)值評估方法進(jìn)行分析比較,闡明其局限性。進(jìn)而建立了基于商業(yè)模式的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)價(jià)值評估模型,該模型綜合運(yùn)用實(shí)物期權(quán)法和模糊綜合評價(jià)法將商業(yè)模式融入到企業(yè)價(jià)值評估中。最后,將模型運(yùn)用到唯品會的企業(yè)價(jià)值評估中來,將結(jié)果與其市價(jià)進(jìn)行對比,驗(yàn)證其適用性。
[Abstract]:Since -10s, with the rapid development of the Internet economy in China, the production and lifestyle of human beings have undergone earth-shaking changes, especially since 21th century. A variety of new types of Internet enterprises sprang up. How to evaluate the value of Internet start-ups has become the research object of more and more scholars. Compared with traditional enterprises, Internet start-ups have their own unique characteristics. Characteristics. On the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, this paper thinks that the traditional method of enterprise value evaluation has limitations in evaluating the value of Internet start-up enterprises. Business model factors are not taken into account, and business models have an important impact on the valuation of Internet start-ups. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a more suitable evaluation method. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Internet start-ups, business model theory on the basis of. Further clarify that the business model is an important factor affecting the value of Internet start-ups, and analyze and compare the traditional valuation methods. This paper clarifies its limitations, and then establishes an Internet start-up value evaluation model based on business model. The model uses real option method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to integrate business model into enterprise value evaluation. Finally, the model is applied to VIPSHOP's enterprise value evaluation, and the results are compared with its market value. Verify its applicability.
