基于多智能體的農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境政策影響下農(nóng)戶勞動(dòng)力配置與土地利用決策機(jī)理研究

  一、研究背景(1)人類—自然耦合系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)演化是全球變化研究的重要方向人類生活在一個(gè)由人類社會(huì)與自然環(huán)境不斷相互作用形成的耦合系統(tǒng)中。一方面,人類依賴自然獲得大量生態(tài)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品(如食物、能源、原材料等)和服務(wù)(如氣候調(diào)節(jié)、土壤保持等)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),地球光合作用產(chǎn)物有40%的被人類消耗(Haberl et al.,2004)。與此同時(shí),人類不停改造著自然系統(tǒng)以增強(qiáng)某些生態(tài)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的供給以滿足眼前需求,這通常導(dǎo)致其他服務(wù)的降低,并造成負(fù)面的環(huán)境后果。據(jù)《千年生態(tài)系統(tǒng)評(píng)估報(bào)告》,人類賴以生存的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)有60%正處于不斷退化狀態(tài)(MEA,2005)。另一方面,自然也以生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化和頻發(fā)的自然災(zāi)害(如洪水、干旱、龍卷風(fēng))等方式反饋給人類,影響人類的生存和福祉,并改變了人類的生活和生計(jì)選擇,例如,農(nóng)民改變作物選擇以應(yīng)對(duì)氣候和降雨的變化。隨著人類社會(huì)與自然環(huán)境交互的日益加劇、環(huán)境問題的不斷突出,學(xué)者們逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到“人類—自然耦合系統(tǒng)”研究的重要性。人類—自然耦合系統(tǒng)的研究已經(jīng)成為全球變化研究者的興趣中心所在。2005年,由國(guó)際全球環(huán)境變化研究科學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)IGBP和IHDP共同發(fā)起的“全球土地計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目”(G...
