【摘要】：按照服務(wù)國(guó)家外交、外貿(mào)2個(gè)大局,我國(guó)正在加強(qiáng)實(shí)施林業(yè)"走出去"戰(zhàn)略,尋求多元化的林業(yè)國(guó)際合作。洪都拉斯位于中美洲北部,水熱條件良好,森林資源豐富,是我國(guó)在拉美地區(qū)開展林業(yè)雙邊合作的潛在國(guó)家。文中介紹了洪都拉斯森林資源狀況、林業(yè)法規(guī)政策、林業(yè)管理體制、森林經(jīng)營(yíng)管理和林產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易等現(xiàn)狀,歸納了洪都拉斯林業(yè)存在的問題,展望了我國(guó)林業(yè)未來與之在天然林可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)、發(fā)展人工林、林產(chǎn)品加工和林業(yè)扶貧減貧等重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域的合作前景,以期為我國(guó)未來與之開展林業(yè)雙邊合作提供參考,有利于我國(guó)在拉美地區(qū)樹立林業(yè)雙邊合作的樣板,提升我國(guó)在該地區(qū)的形象與影響力。
[Abstract]:According to the two general situations of serving the country's diplomacy and foreign trade, China is strengthening the implementation of forestry "going out" strategy and seeking diversified international cooperation in forestry. Honduras is located in the north of Central America, with good hydrothermal conditions and rich forest resources. It is a potential country for bilateral forestry cooperation in Latin America. This paper introduces the present situation of forest resources, forestry laws and regulations and policies, forestry management system, forest management and forest product trade in Honduras, and sums up the existing problems of forestry in Honduras. The prospect of cooperation between forestry in China and its key areas such as sustainable management of natural forest, development of plantation, processing of forest products and poverty alleviation in forestry is prospected, in order to provide reference for bilateral cooperation with forestry in the future. It is helpful for China to set up a model of bilateral forestry cooperation in Latin America and enhance the image and influence of China in this region.
