【摘要】：農(nóng)地"三權(quán)分置"是對(duì)農(nóng)地所有權(quán)、承包權(quán)、經(jīng)營權(quán)的進(jìn)一步明晰和調(diào)整,是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)社會(huì)化的發(fā)展。生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的積極調(diào)整和變革,必然引起生產(chǎn)力的進(jìn)一步解放和發(fā)展。農(nóng)民作為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的基本主體,農(nóng)地"三權(quán)分置"給予農(nóng)民以更加充分的擇業(yè)空間,將進(jìn)一步拓展農(nóng)民的社會(huì)活動(dòng)和生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)空間,促進(jìn)農(nóng)民社會(huì)地位角色的轉(zhuǎn)換。同時(shí),農(nóng)地"三權(quán)分置"有利于我國長期城鄉(xiāng)二元對(duì)立的轉(zhuǎn)變,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村社會(huì)生活深刻的時(shí)代變遷。
[Abstract]:The "separation of three rights" of agricultural land is the further clarification and adjustment of farmland ownership, contract right and management right, and is the development of socialization of agricultural industrial structure. The positive adjustment and reform of production relations will inevitably lead to the further liberation and development of productive forces. As the basic main body of agricultural production, the "separation of three rights" of agricultural land will further expand the social and productive space of farmers and promote the transformation of farmers' social status and role. At the same time, the "separation of three rights" of agricultural land is conducive to the long-term dual opposition between urban and rural areas in China, and promotes the profound changes of rural social life.
