【摘要】：海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)非市場價值評估,通過將"無形的"生態(tài)效用價值轉(zhuǎn)化為"有形的"貨幣價值,正逐漸成為海洋及海岸帶綜合管理的重要決策依據(jù)。基于NOEP收錄的432篇經(jīng)過同業(yè)審查的文獻,從時空分布、評估對象、評估技術(shù)、研究范式四個方面,系統(tǒng)分析了非市場價值評估研究的特征。研究結(jié)論顯示:1海洋生態(tài)服務(wù)非市場價值評估研究具有40余年的歷史,近年來仍然呈現(xiàn)不斷上升的趨勢,美國是研究最為集中的區(qū)域;2非市場價值評估對象主要集中于沙灘、水質(zhì)和漁業(yè)資源的娛樂價值評估;3評估技術(shù)以條件價值評估法、旅行成本法以及特征定價法為主;4評估文獻收錄的期刊亦發(fā)生了明顯的變化,由理論研究、技術(shù)研究逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移至管理類與政策類期刊。
[Abstract]:The assessment of non-market value of marine ecosystem services, by transforming the "invisible" ecological utility value into "tangible" monetary value, is gradually becoming an important decision-making basis for integrated management of the marine and coastal zones. In this paper, the characteristics of non-market value evaluation research are systematically analyzed from four aspects: spatial-temporal distribution, evaluation object, evaluation technology and research paradigm, based on 432 papers reviewed by the industry in NOEP. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the research on non-market value assessment of marine ecological services has a history of more than 40 years, and it still shows a rising trend in recent years. The United States is the most focused region; (2) non-market value assessment mainly focuses on beach, water quality and recreational value of fishery resources, (3) conditional value assessment method, travel cost method and feature pricing method are the main methods of assessment technology; (4) the journals included in the evaluation literature have also undergone obvious changes, from theoretical research and technical research to management and policy journals.
