【摘要】：土地集約利用模式研究是土地節(jié)約集約利用理論研究的重要組成部分,合理、科學、集約的土地利用模式對于優(yōu)化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、提高產(chǎn)業(yè)用地效率,促進社會經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。自20世紀90年代以來,土地集約利用及相關研究就一直作為學術(shù)界研究的重點,并在理論與應用方面取得了諸多成果,但目前,就集約用地模式研究而言,仍缺乏一個相對完善的理論體系,缺乏一個可切實指導不同行業(yè)集約化利用的模式體系。針對集約用地模式研究中的些許不足,本文以國民經(jīng)濟行業(yè)為切入點,對集約用地模式體系進行系統(tǒng)而深入地研究,研究主要包括四個方面:(1)集約用地模式、模式體系的內(nèi)涵研究:根據(jù)已有文獻資料和土地集約利用的內(nèi)涵,明確集約用地模式內(nèi)涵,由此,以國民經(jīng)濟行業(yè)為基礎,劃定集約用地模式所適用的行業(yè)用地分類體系,明確基于行業(yè)分類的集約用地模式體系。(2)集約用地理論模式體系構(gòu)建研究:以土地利用的空間、時間、功能為模式體系研究的切入點,通過模式編碼、模式組合、可行性判別,進行理論模式庫的構(gòu)建。(3)不同行業(yè)用地的理論模式可應用性研究:根據(jù)模式組合的可行性判別結(jié)果和行業(yè)可應用模式判別結(jié)果,分析得到不同行業(yè)所適用的理論組合模式,以及近期可重點推廣應用的模式。(4)集約用地模式管理與推廣研究:選用C#語言、Visio Studio進行界面的二次開發(fā),按照用戶需求,進行集約用地模式管理體系的架構(gòu)設計和系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn),并進一步探討集約用地模式的推廣應用。通過對集約用地模式的理論探討和行業(yè)的應用性分析,得到以下結(jié)論:(1)集約用地模式具有其理論體系,即理論維度下的13個子項模式、135種理論可組合模式,共同構(gòu)成集約用地理論模式庫;(2)理論模式體系在不同行業(yè)中具有一定的可應用性和可推廣性,不同行業(yè)可以找到其可匹配的理論模式;(3)集約用地模式管理系統(tǒng)可初步滿足用戶快速地選擇、查詢不同行業(yè)可適用的集約用地模式。
[Abstract]:The study of intensive land use mode is an important part of the theoretical research of land saving and intensive use. Rational, scientific and intensive land use mode is useful to optimize the regional industrial layout and improve the efficiency of industrial land use. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of social economy. Since the 1990s, intensive land use and related research has been the focus of academic research, and has achieved many achievements in theory and application, but at present, as far as the intensive land use model is concerned, the research on intensive land use has been the focus of academic research, and has made many achievements in theory and application. There is still a lack of a relatively perfect theoretical system and a model system that can effectively guide the intensive utilization of different industries. Aiming at some deficiencies in the study of intensive land use model, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the system of intensive land use model based on the national economic industry. The research mainly includes four aspects: (1) intensive land use model, Research on the connotation of the model system: according to the existing literature and the connotation of intensive land use, the connotation of the intensive land use mode is defined, and then, based on the national economy industry, the classification system of the industry land used for the intensive land use pattern is delineated. (2) constructing the theoretical model system of intensive land use: taking the space, time and function of land use as the starting point of the model system research, through pattern coding, pattern combination, (3) Research on the applicability of the theoretical model of land use in different industries: according to the feasibility of the combination of the models and the results of the application of the industry model, the research on the feasibility of the land use in different industries is carried out, and the results of the application of the model are analyzed. The theoretical combination models applied in different industries and the models which can be extended and applied in the near future are analyzed. (4) the management and promotion of intensive land use mode: the second development of interface is carried out by using C # language, Visio Studio, according to the user's needs. The structure design and system realization of the management system of intensive land use model are carried out, and the popularization and application of intensive land use model are further discussed. Through the theoretical discussion of intensive land use model and the application analysis of the industry, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the intensive land use model has its theoretical system, that is, 13 sub-item models under the theoretical dimension, 135 theoretical combinable models, and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the intensive land use model has its theoretical system. Together to form a library of intensive land-use theory patterns; (2) the theoretical model system has a certain degree of applicability and extension in different industries, and different industries can find its matching theoretical model; (3) the management system of intensive land use mode can satisfy the user's quick choice and inquire about the applicable intensive land use mode of different industries.
