荷蘭農(nóng)業(yè)合作社科技服務(wù)功能研究
[Abstract]:Dutch agricultural cooperatives provide a full range of agricultural science and technology services for agricultural production. The service function of agricultural science and technology is of great significance to promote the perfection and development of cooperatives themselves, to promote the cultivation of scientific and technological talents, to enrich the service system of science and technology in China and to promote the process of agricultural modernization. Through the research on the construction and development of Dutch agricultural cooperative and agricultural science and technology service system at home and abroad, as well as the description of the present situation of Dutch cooperative science and technology service, this paper analyzes the successful reasons, experiences and lessons, and so on. This paper points out the achievements and limitations of the scientific and technological service of agricultural cooperative, excavates the valuable experience of the development of the scientific and technological service function of the Dutch cooperative, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the scientific and technological service function of the agricultural cooperative of our country combined with the practical problems in our country It is expected to be beneficial to the development and perfection of science and technology service system in our country, and then to promote the modernization of agriculture in our country. Through the above-mentioned analysis and research on the function of Dutch agricultural cooperative science and technology service, this paper reveals four successful experiences of Dutch cooperative science and technology service: loose and superior policy environment, the coexistence of diversity and specialization in the development of agricultural cooperatives; Attach importance to the training of talents with scientific and technological knowledge; pay attention to the establishment of extension system. At the same time, it points out the lessons of cooperative science and technology service: taking low price as the means of competition, increasing the share capital, internationalizing and so on, and gives the concrete reason analysis and thinking according to the experience and lesson. Combined with the analysis of the deep-seated factors affecting the function of scientific and technological services of agricultural cooperatives in China: the scale of development has not reached expectations; the urgent need for policy support, lack of self-development capacity; non-standard operation; Lack of all kinds of talents and other aspects, finally put forward the Netherlands agricultural cooperative science and technology services for China's inspiration and suggestions: create a good environment for the development of science and technology services, pay attention to cooperative science and technology services and agricultural scientific research; To train professional and technical personnel in scientific and technological services; to attach importance to the development of scientific and technological services throughout the agricultural industry chain; and to set up continuously developing supervisory objectives.
