【摘要】：自2003年南方集體林區(qū)林權(quán)制度改革以來,規(guī)模林農(nóng)成為森林經(jīng)營的主體,林農(nóng)專業(yè)合作組織的出現(xiàn),對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)以散戶經(jīng)營為特點(diǎn)的集體林區(qū)農(nóng)林產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)與市場有效對(duì)接,增強(qiáng)林農(nóng)應(yīng)對(duì)市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力,有效增加林農(nóng)收入,改變林農(nóng)市場談判中的弱勢地位方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。在毛竹專業(yè)合作社已取得一定的成效的基礎(chǔ)上,如何進(jìn)一步提高毛竹專業(yè)合作社經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、推動(dòng)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展是值得繼續(xù)探討的問題。本研究在分析安吉縣毛竹專業(yè)合作社歷程與現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用典型抽樣和隨機(jī)抽樣相結(jié)合的方法,針對(duì)合作社經(jīng)營效益,對(duì)安吉縣8家毛竹專業(yè)合作社進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,共抽取119戶農(nóng)戶,收集合作社成立前一年和2015年數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)影響合作社經(jīng)營效益的因素進(jìn)行分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上得出相關(guān)結(jié)論并提出提高毛竹專業(yè)合作社經(jīng)營效益的合理化建議。主要研究方法和結(jié)論如下:(1)運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析法對(duì)毛竹合作社的經(jīng)營效益進(jìn)行分析。通過合作社層面和農(nóng)戶層面的分析,得出了毛竹專業(yè)合作社不但有利于林農(nóng)林業(yè)收入的提高而且促進(jìn)了總收入的提高的結(jié)論。(2)運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析法研究毛竹專業(yè)合作社經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響因素。得出勞動(dòng)力、資金投入、營林技術(shù)、市場銷售、組織管理和外部政策都對(duì)合作社經(jīng)營效益有相關(guān)關(guān)系。各因素在現(xiàn)今合作社發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀中影響程度有所差別。(3)提高毛竹專業(yè)合作社經(jīng)營效益主要從以下幾個(gè)方面考慮:引導(dǎo)社會(huì)投融資主體注資合作社,緩解資金壓力;拓寬銷售渠道,加強(qiáng)品牌化戰(zhàn)略;培育專業(yè)性人才,逐步達(dá)成“專人專管”;形成有效的利益連結(jié)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Since the reform of forest tenure system in southern collective forest regions in 2003, large-scale forest farmers have become the main body of forest management. The emergence of professional cooperative organizations of forest farmers has effectively connected agricultural and forestry products supply and market with the characteristics of retail management in collective forest regions. Enhancing the ability of forest farmers to deal with market risks, effectively increasing the income of forest farmers and changing the weak position of forest farmers in market negotiations play an important role. On the basis of the achievements made by the professional cooperative of Phyllostachys pubescens, how to further improve the economic benefit of the cooperative and promote its sustainable development is a problem worth further discussing. Based on the analysis of the history and present situation of bamboo cooperatives in Anji County, this study conducted a field investigation on 8 professional cooperatives in Anji County by combining typical sampling with random sampling and aiming at the management benefit of cooperatives. A total of 119 peasant households were selected to collect the data of one year before the establishment of cooperatives and 2015 to analyze the factors that affect the operating efficiency of cooperatives. On the basis of this, the paper draws the relevant conclusions and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the management benefit of bamboo professional cooperative. The main research methods and conclusions are as follows: (1) the management benefit of bamboo cooperative is analyzed by contrast analysis. Through analysis at the cooperative and farmer levels, The conclusion is drawn that the professional cooperative of bamboo is not only beneficial to the increase of forest and forestry income, but also promotes the increase of total income. (2) the factors influencing the economic benefit of the professional cooperative of bamboo are studied by means of comparative analysis. It is concluded that labor force, capital investment, forestry technology, marketing, organization management and external policies are all related to cooperative management benefits. The influence degree of each factor in the present situation of cooperative development is different. (3) improving the management benefit of professional cooperative of Phyllostachys pubescens is mainly considered from the following aspects: guiding the main body of social investment and financing to inject into the cooperative to relieve the pressure of capital; Broaden the sales channel, strengthen the brand strategy, cultivate the professional talents, gradually reach the "special person in charge", and form an effective interest linking mechanism.
