【摘要】：近年來,伴隨著燃料成本上升、自然因素、糧食儲備的提高、農(nóng)業(yè)制品需求的升溫和美國次貸危機導致世界經(jīng)濟衰退等因素的影響,國際糧價連續(xù)上升。中國作為糧食生產(chǎn)大國與糧食消費大國,其糧食主要品種的貿(mào)易量在世界糧食貿(mào)易中處于重要地位,并且糧食貴為大宗農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,在我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品對外貿(mào)易的份額逐年增加,糧食貿(mào)易對整個國民經(jīng)濟乃至中國農(nóng)業(yè)都產(chǎn)生了巨大影響。本文首先通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的認真研究,對選題背景、研究意義與基本研究內(nèi)容,及可能的創(chuàng)新點等內(nèi)容進行闡述。然后對糧食安全與糧食貿(mào)易的關(guān)系進行了概括,并闡述了糧食安全、糧食與糧食貿(mào)易的相關(guān)概念,之后分析了糧食安全與糧食貿(mào)易的關(guān)系。其次,對我國糧食貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀進行了描述。從我國糧食貿(mào)易歷史入手,分析了糧食貿(mào)易的規(guī)模、主要糧食品種貿(mào)易情況、以及在國際糧食貿(mào)易中的比較優(yōu)勢、中美糧食貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀。再次,通過實證研究。從影響糧食貿(mào)易的因素入手,運用計量經(jīng)濟學相關(guān)軟件分析我國糧食貿(mào)易量與糧食貿(mào)易額。最后,提出來增強我國糧食安全的糧食貿(mào)易策略:重視糧食貿(mào)易與轉(zhuǎn)變糧食貿(mào)易觀念;穩(wěn)定國內(nèi)糧食生產(chǎn),優(yōu)化進出口結(jié)構(gòu);發(fā)揮大國優(yōu)勢與合理控制糧價;建立農(nóng)業(yè)保險與糧食安全預警制度。通過構(gòu)建我國糧食貿(mào)易平臺,不僅有利于整合國內(nèi)及周邊區(qū)域的各項資源與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,發(fā)揮區(qū)位、交通與資源優(yōu)勢,而且還可以在服務國家宏觀調(diào)控、促進糧食生產(chǎn)與貿(mào)易、調(diào)節(jié)糧食供求平衡、使得糧食流通渠道暢通等方面產(chǎn)生積極作用。提出了全面增強電子商務平臺對外貿(mào)易服務功能;加強對利用糧食貿(mào)易平臺開展對外貿(mào)易的支持;加強對糧食貿(mào)易平臺的監(jiān)管與引導等建議,促進我國糧食貿(mào)易健康、合理、有效與規(guī)范發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of fuel cost, natural factors, the increase of grain reserves, the rising demand for agricultural products and the global economic recession caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, the international food prices have been rising continuously. As a large grain producing country and a big grain consuming country, China has an important position in the world grain trade of the main varieties of grain, and the grain is expensive as a major agricultural product, and the share of foreign trade in agricultural products in our country increases year by year. Grain trade has had a great impact on the whole national economy and even China's agriculture. In this paper, the background, the significance and the basic research contents, and the possible innovation points of the selected topics are expounded through the careful study of the relevant literature at home and abroad. Then it generalizes the relationship between grain security and grain trade, expounds the related concepts of food security and grain trade, and then analyzes the relationship between food security and grain trade. Secondly, the current situation of grain trade in China is described. Starting with the history of grain trade in China, the paper analyzes the scale of grain trade, the trade situation of main grain varieties, the comparative advantage in international grain trade, and the present situation of Sino-American grain trade. Again, through empirical research. Based on the factors affecting grain trade, this paper analyzes the grain trade volume and grain trade volume in China by using econometric software. Finally, the paper puts forward the grain trade strategy to strengthen the food security of our country: attach importance to the grain trade and change the grain trade idea, stabilize the domestic grain production, optimize the structure of import and export, give play to the superiority of the big country and reasonably control the grain price; Establish an early warning system for agricultural insurance and food security. The construction of China's grain trade platform is not only conducive to the integration of various resources and infrastructure in the country and its surrounding areas, and to the advantages of location, transportation and resources, but also can serve the country's macro-control and promote grain production and trade. Adjust grain supply and demand balance, make grain circulation channel smooth and so on produces the positive effect. The paper puts forward to strengthen the foreign trade service function of E-commerce platform, strengthen the support to the use of grain trade platform to carry out foreign trade. We should strengthen the supervision and guidance of grain trade platform to promote the healthy, rational, effective and standardized development of grain trade in China.
