【摘要】：中央扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)工作會(huì)議召開(kāi)和《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的決定》下發(fā)一年多以來(lái),精準(zhǔn)扶貧、精準(zhǔn)脫貧取得了巨大進(jìn)展和成就。脫貧攻堅(jiān)中也出現(xiàn)了一些新的情況和問(wèn)題,需要盡快研究解決。當(dāng)前,可從進(jìn)一步遵循扶貧內(nèi)在規(guī)律、強(qiáng)化以改革為動(dòng)力、發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)機(jī)制作用、擴(kuò)大扶貧信息公開(kāi)四個(gè)方面入手來(lái)深入推進(jìn)脫貧攻堅(jiān),從而更好地貫徹落實(shí)好精準(zhǔn)扶貧、精準(zhǔn)脫貧基本方略,實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)脫貧和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the meeting of the Central Committee on Poverty Alleviation and Development and the "decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on winning the War to overcome Poverty" and launched more than a year ago, great progress and achievements have been made in helping the poor with precision. There are also some new situations and problems in overcoming poverty, which need to be solved as soon as possible. At present, we can further follow the inherent laws of poverty alleviation, strengthen reform as a driving force, give full play to the role of market mechanism, and expand the publicity of information on poverty alleviation in order to deepen the efforts to overcome poverty and tackle key problems, so as to better carry out and implement the accurate poverty alleviation. Accurate basic strategy to achieve stability, sustainable poverty eradication and development.
