【摘要】：土地生態(tài)安全關系著區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展及社會經濟系統(tǒng)的良性運行,科學評價土地生態(tài)安全是生態(tài)文明建設的重要內容。本研究基于經濟、社會、生態(tài)3個維度,構建土地生態(tài)安全評價指標體系,借助主成分聚類組合評價模型,對2015年山東省土地生態(tài)安全狀況進行綜合評價,并結合評價結果進行區(qū)域等級劃分。結果表明,主成分聚類分析結果與實際情況高度吻合;山東省土地生態(tài)安全空間分布極不均衡,風險區(qū)劃之間差異性大,其中土地生態(tài)安全低度風險區(qū)(第Ⅰ類區(qū)域)2個(濟南市、青島市)、中度風險區(qū)(第Ⅱ類區(qū)域)14個、高度風險區(qū)(第Ⅲ類區(qū)域)1個(東營市)。今后,山東省除確保Ⅰ類區(qū)域2座城市的生態(tài)安全水平外,應將土地生態(tài)保護工作的重心放在第Ⅱ類區(qū)域,謹防其滑入第Ⅲ類區(qū)域,同時也要積極投入相應的人力、物力、財力,制定科學有效的政策措施以提高東營市的土地生態(tài)安全水平。
[Abstract]:Land ecological security is related to the sustainable development of regional ecological environment and the benign operation of social economic system. Scientific evaluation of land ecological security is an important content of ecological civilization construction. Based on the three dimensions of economy, society and ecology, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of land ecological security, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the land ecological security in Shandong province in 2015 with the help of the principal component cluster combination evaluation model. And combined with the evaluation results of the regional classification. The results show that the results of principal component clustering analysis are in good agreement with the actual situation. The spatial distribution of land ecological security in Shandong Province is very uneven, and the difference between risk zoning is great. Among them, the low risk area of land ecological security (type I region) is 2 (Jinan city, Qingdao city), and the moderate risk area (type II region) is 14. High risk area (Class III area) 1 (Dongying City). In the future, in addition to ensuring the ecological security level of two cities in the first class region, Shandong Province should focus its land ecological protection work on the second type area, guard against its sliding into the third type area, and actively invest in the corresponding manpower and material resources at the same time. Financial resources, scientific and effective policy measures to improve the land ecological security level in Dongying City.
