【摘要】：本文以河南省(濮陽縣、中牟縣、商城縣、睢縣)716名樣本農(nóng)戶調(diào)查材料為依據(jù),運(yùn)用二元Logistic回歸模型,對農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)村土地收益保證融資業(yè)務(wù)的意愿及其影響因素進(jìn)行了實證分析。研究結(jié)果:戶主年齡、主要收入來源、收入水平、信貸經(jīng)歷等因素對農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)村土地收益保證融資的農(nóng)戶意愿具有顯著作用。鑒于此,本文提出了開展農(nóng)村土地收益保證融資試點(diǎn)工作,降低產(chǎn)權(quán)融資成本,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村土地收益保證融資配套制度建設(shè)等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of 716 sample farmers in Henan Province (Puyang County, Zhongmou County, Shangcheng County, Sui County), a binary Logistic regression model is used. This paper makes an empirical analysis of farmers' willingness to participate in rural land income guarantee financing and its influencing factors. The results show that the age of head of household, main income sources, income level, credit experience and other factors play a significant role in farmers' willingness to participate in rural land income guarantee financing. In view of this, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions such as carrying out the pilot project of rural land income guarantee financing, reducing the cost of property right financing and strengthening the construction of supporting system of rural land income guarantee financing.
