【摘要】：近幾年來,我國農民合作社發(fā)展迅速。在農民合作社社員異質化背景下,我國農民合作社內部出現了社會排斥現象,即在合作社治理、利益分配等方面,精英社員排斥普通社員,精英社員成為了農民合作社的實際控制者。而在具有同質化特征中的農民合作社,以及異質化特征的農民合作社中,農民合作社的實際控制者通過設置進入壁壘排斥普通農戶參與農民合作社,普通農戶的權利以及利益無法得到有效保障。因此,基于以上背景,本文以社會排斥為理論視角,通過采用演化博弈,以探討普通農戶參與農民合作社這一社會排斥。本研究主要包括以下三個方面：第一,論述了本課題的研究背景、意義、研究現狀,并對使用的研究方法和研究內容進行了說明。對本文所涉及的理論進行闡述,明確本文所使用理論的應用方法,為全文提供理論基礎和指導。第二,建立具有社員同質化特征的兩群體演化博弈模型,以及具有異質化特征的三群體演化博弈模型,以研究普通農戶參與農民合作社這一社會排斥問題,并在此基礎上得出了這一社會排斥的形成條件。通過研究發(fā)現,普通農戶參與農民合作社社會排斥是由參與者的多方行為所導致的。在以上基礎上,為了使本研究更貼近現實,構建政府干預下的三群體演化博弈模型,通過分析得出政府干預目標實現的有效條件。同時,對以上三個博弈模型的參數進行賦值,并運用MATLAB對以上演化博弈模型進行仿真分析。第三,通過以上三個演化博弈模型的分析,提出消除普通農戶參與農民合作社社會排斥的優(yōu)化思維,并據此提出一定的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country farmer cooperative develops rapidly. In the background of the heterogeneity of the members of the farmers' cooperative, there is a phenomenon of social exclusion within the farmers' cooperatives in our country, that is, in the aspects of cooperative governance, benefit distribution, elite members exclude ordinary members. Elite members have become effective controllers of farmers' cooperatives. However, in the farmers' cooperatives with homogenization and heterogeneity, the actual controllers of the farmers' cooperatives exclude ordinary farmers from participating in the cooperatives by setting up barriers to entry. The rights and interests of ordinary farmers can not be effectively protected. Therefore, based on the above background, this paper, from the perspective of social exclusion, adopts evolutionary game to explore the participation of ordinary farmers in the social exclusion of farmers' cooperatives. This research mainly includes the following three aspects: first, the research background, significance, research status, and the use of research methods and research content are described. The theory involved in this paper is expounded, and the applied methods of the theory used in this paper are clarified, which provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the full text. Secondly, a two-group evolutionary game model with the characteristics of membership homogeneity and a three-group evolutionary game model with heterogeneous characteristics are established to study the social exclusion of the participation of ordinary peasant households in farmers' cooperatives. On this basis, the formation conditions of this social exclusion are obtained. It is found that the social exclusion of farmers' participation in farmers' cooperatives is caused by the multiple behaviors of the participants. On the basis of the above, in order to make this study closer to reality, the game model of three-group evolution under the government intervention is constructed, and the effective conditions for the realization of the goal of government intervention are obtained through analysis. At the same time, the parameters of the above three game models are assigned, and the above evolutionary game models are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB. Thirdly, through the analysis of the above three evolutionary game models, this paper puts forward the optimized thinking of eliminating the social exclusion of farmers' cooperatives and puts forward some policy suggestions.
