【摘要】："村轉(zhuǎn)居"是我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中"城中村"、"城郊村"、"園中村"經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型的過程。把握好"村轉(zhuǎn)居"過程中集體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本特征,積極探索集體經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新、轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)之路,是夯實(shí)"村轉(zhuǎn)居"后社會(huì)善治的經(jīng)濟(jì)基石,是不斷完善基層社會(huì)治理模式的迫切需要。
[Abstract]:The transition of village to residence is the process of economic and social development and transformation in the process of urbanization in China, such as "village in city", "village in suburb" and "village in garden". Grasping the basic characteristics of collective economy development in the process of "village to residence", actively exploring the road of collective economy innovation, transformation and upgrading is the economic cornerstone of good governance after "village transition". It is the urgent need to improve the social governance model at the grass-roots level.
