【摘要】：試驗示范基地是農(nóng)業(yè)高校人才培養(yǎng)、科技創(chuàng)新、成果轉(zhuǎn)化的重要支撐平臺。文章通過農(nóng)業(yè)高校試驗示范基地現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,分析了基地建設(shè)的必要性,總結(jié)了基地建設(shè)的基本原則,介紹了南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)試驗示范基地建設(shè)情況,并從優(yōu)化考核機(jī)制、提高農(nóng)技推廣認(rèn)識、建設(shè)專職推廣隊伍、打造精品試驗示范基地等方面提出了農(nóng)業(yè)高校試驗示范基地建設(shè)的建議。
[Abstract]:The experimental demonstration base is an important supporting platform for the cultivation of talents, scientific and technological innovation and the transformation of achievements in agricultural colleges and universities. Based on the investigation of the present situation of the experimental and demonstration base in agricultural universities, this paper analyzes the necessity of the base construction, summarizes the basic principles of the base construction, introduces the situation of the construction of the experimental and demonstration base of Nanjing Agricultural University, and optimizes the examination mechanism. Some suggestions are put forward on how to improve the awareness of agricultural technology popularization, to build a full-time extension team and to build a demonstration base for high-quality experiments.
