【摘要】：陜西省位于中國(guó)內(nèi)陸腹地,地處氣候較干燥的西北地區(qū)東側(cè),是各地往來的重要橋梁。陜西南北氣候差異較大,總的特點(diǎn)是氣候較為干燥,降水較少,尤其在春、冬季節(jié)更為明顯。陜西省近年來大興基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、狠抓農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),但仍然存在抗旱力度不夠、田間管理措施缺乏、市場(chǎng)關(guān)注度較低等問題,因此,陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響因素的實(shí)證分析具有非凡意義,對(duì)陜西省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展及城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程有著重要的意義。本文從不同視角研究出陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的具體現(xiàn)狀,隨之,對(duì)陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證回歸,農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力、資本投入、耕地面積、農(nóng)機(jī)總動(dòng)力、氣象災(zāi)害受災(zāi)面積與總產(chǎn)值之間呈反向變動(dòng)關(guān)系,而農(nóng)藥化肥的使用量、農(nóng)村居民家庭人均消費(fèi)與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)呈正向相關(guān)關(guān)系,并且刺激作用較大。其中,農(nóng)藥化肥從側(cè)面反映了科技創(chuàng)新水平,農(nóng)藥化肥對(duì)陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響較明顯,農(nóng)村居民的人均消費(fèi)也對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起到了較大的影響,總產(chǎn)值的增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致消費(fèi)增加,而消費(fèi)的增加也會(huì)反過來刺激生產(chǎn)。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果給出相應(yīng)的政策建議。政策分別為：不斷加大科技創(chuàng)新,改善農(nóng)業(yè)投入效果；合理規(guī)劃資本投入,繼續(xù)拓展投資范圍；完善農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力教育培訓(xùn)體系；確保耕種面積和土地質(zhì)量,加大監(jiān)管防護(hù)力度；加強(qiáng)政府宏觀指導(dǎo),穩(wěn)健落實(shí)惠農(nóng)政策。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Province is located in the inland hinterland of China, and is located in the eastern side of the dry northwest region, which is an important bridge between different regions. There is a great difference in climate between north and south of Shaanxi, the general characteristic is that the climate is dry and the precipitation is less, especially in spring and winter. In recent years, Shaanxi Province has been developing infrastructure facilities and paying close attention to agricultural production, but there are still problems such as insufficient drought resistance, lack of field management measures, low market attention, and so on. The empirical analysis of the influencing factors of agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province is of great significance to the development of modern agriculture and the process of urbanization in Shaanxi Province. This paper studies the current situation of agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province from different angles. Then, the factors influencing agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province are empirically regressed, agricultural labor force, capital input, cultivated land area, total power of agricultural machinery, and so on. The relationship between the affected area of meteorological disaster and the total output value was reversed, while the usage of pesticide and fertilizer, the per capita consumption of rural households and the growth of agricultural economy were positively correlated, and the stimulative effect was great. Among them, pesticides and fertilizers reflect the level of scientific and technological innovation from the side, pesticide fertilizers have a more obvious impact on the agricultural economic growth in Shaanxi Province, and the per capita consumption of rural residents also has a greater impact on agricultural economic growth. An increase in gross output value leads to an increase in consumption, which in turn stimulates production. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the corresponding policy recommendations are given. The policies are as follows: continuously increasing scientific and technological innovation, improving the effect of agricultural investment; rationally planning capital investment, continuing to expand the scope of investment; perfecting the education and training system of agricultural labor force; ensuring the cultivated area and land quality, strengthening supervision and protection; Strengthen government macroscopical guidance, steady implementation benefits agriculture policy.
