【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),改革開放以來,我國農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展取得了巨大的成就。農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率大幅度提高,糧食等主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給逐年增加,農(nóng)民收入也有了相應(yīng)的提高,但在改革進程中,新的矛盾與問題不斷呈現(xiàn),農(nóng)民收入增長緩慢的問題逐漸成為社會關(guān)注的焦點,農(nóng)民增收問題是農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的核心問題,研究農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長機制,對我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文以湖南省岳陽市為例,對農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長這一問題進行了系統(tǒng)研究。研究共分五個部分,第一部分導(dǎo)言,介紹了農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長問題的研究目的、意義及國內(nèi)外農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長研究現(xiàn)狀；第二部分概述了岳陽市農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟概況、分別從農(nóng)民收入絕對量的變化、農(nóng)民收入構(gòu)成比例的變化、農(nóng)民收入差異變化分析了岳陽市農(nóng)民收入的現(xiàn)狀,從定性分析和定量分析的角度闡述了影響農(nóng)民收入的制約因素；第三部分以岳陽市統(tǒng)計年鑒公布的近年來的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)材料進行回歸分析,從實證研究的角度分析得出影響岳陽市農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長的主要因素；第四部分選取岳陽市比較具有代表性的農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長案例進行了剖析；第五部分提出了農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長的若干對策及建議,以期為農(nóng)民收入可持續(xù)增長提供一定的理論指引和支持。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry of our national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the development of agriculture and rural economy has made great achievements. The efficiency of agricultural production has been greatly improved, the supply of major agricultural products, such as grain, has increased year by year, and the income of farmers has also increased accordingly. However, in the process of reform, new contradictions and problems are constantly emerging. The problem of slow growth of farmers' income has gradually become the focus of attention of the society. The issue of increasing farmers' income is the core issue of rural economic development. The mechanism of sustainable growth of farmers' income is studied. To our country's economic development and social stability has important practical significance. Taking Yueyang City of Hunan Province as an example, this paper makes a systematic study on the sustainable growth of farmers' income. The research is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the purpose, significance and current situation of the research on the sustainable growth of farmers' income at home and abroad. The second part summarizes the general situation of rural economy in Yueyang City, analyzes the present situation of farmers' income in Yueyang City from the change of the absolute amount of farmers' income, the change of the proportion of peasants' income composition, the change of the difference of farmers' income. From the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper expounds the restrictive factors that affect farmers' income. The third part is based on the statistical data published in recent years of Yueyang City Statistical Yearbook for regression analysis, from the perspective of empirical research analysis of the main factors affecting the sustainable growth of farmers' income in Yueyang City; The fourth part selects the representative case of sustainable growth of farmers' income in Yueyang city. The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable growth of farmers' income in order to provide some theoretical guidance and support for the sustainable growth of farmers' income.
