【摘要】：由于戶籍制度等原因,中國農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移依舊停留在"候鳥式"遷移階段,沒有真正實(shí)現(xiàn)市民化。測(cè)度農(nóng)民工市民化程度并研究其影響因素,有助于統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展并推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)�；谏虾Ｊ�1 184份農(nóng)民工調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用綜合指標(biāo)體系法構(gòu)建農(nóng)民工市民化指標(biāo)體系,測(cè)算了農(nóng)民工市民化程度,探討上海市農(nóng)民工市民化的影響因素。結(jié)果表明,農(nóng)民工總體處在半市民化狀態(tài),而新生代農(nóng)民工市民化程度略高于老一代農(nóng)民工,其市民化程度分別為52.38和51.40。極低市民化狀態(tài)農(nóng)民工占比較低,僅為0.08%;較高市民化狀態(tài)農(nóng)民工占比較高,達(dá)54.48%;完全市民化狀態(tài)的比例偏低,為1.69%。經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和基本素質(zhì)為農(nóng)民工市民化提供了可能,心理認(rèn)知和社會(huì)接納是農(nóng)民工市民化的重要障礙因素�；诖�,提出了提升農(nóng)民工基本素質(zhì)、消除就業(yè)歧視、推進(jìn)戶籍制度改革等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Because of the household registration system, the migration of rural labor force in China is still in the stage of migration of birds, without the realization of citizenship. It is helpful to plan the development of urban and rural areas and to promote the construction of new urbanization by measuring the degree of urbanization of migrant workers and studying its influencing factors. Based on the survey data of 1 184 migrant workers in Shanghai, this paper uses the method of comprehensive index system to construct the urbanization index system of migrant workers, calculates the degree of urbanization of migrant workers, and probes into the influencing factors of the urbanization of migrant workers in Shanghai. The results show that migrant workers are in a semi-municipal state, while the new generation of migrant workers are slightly higher than the old generation of migrant workers, the degree of urbanization is 52.38 and 51.40 respectively. The proportion of peasant workers in the extremely low citizen status is relatively low, only 0.08; in the higher citizen state, the proportion is higher, reaching 54.48; the proportion of the complete citizen status is low, which is 1.69. The economic situation and basic quality provide the possibility for the urbanization of migrant workers. Psychological cognition and social acceptance are the important obstacles to the urbanization of migrant workers. Based on this, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as improving the basic quality of migrant workers, eliminating employment discrimination, and promoting the reform of household registration system.
