科研投入、人力資本與農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率

【摘要】:采用中國1997—2012年的省際面板數(shù)據(jù),在運用永續(xù)盤存法測算出農(nóng)業(yè)科技存量,同時考慮農(nóng)村勞動力流動對農(nóng)村人力資本影響的基礎(chǔ)上,采用固定效應(yīng)模型實證檢驗了農(nóng)業(yè)科研投入和農(nóng)業(yè)人力資本對農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)業(yè)科研投入能夠顯著促進農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的提高,而農(nóng)業(yè)人力資本對農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的促進作用并不顯著。另外,城市化進程和農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易條件對農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率具有顯著的促進作用,而農(nóng)業(yè)外商直接投資、農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和受災(zāi)率顯著降低了農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial panel data from 1997 to 2012 in China, the stock of agricultural science and technology was calculated by using the method of sustainable inventory, and the impact of rural labor flow on rural human capital was taken into account. The fixed effect model is used to test the effect of agricultural scientific research input and agricultural human capital on agricultural total factor productivity (TFP). It is found that the input of agricultural scientific research can significantly promote the increase of agricultural total factor productivity, but the agricultural human capital has no significant effect on the promotion of agricultural total factor productivity. In addition, the process of urbanization and agricultural terms of trade have a significant role in promoting agricultural total factor productivity, while agricultural foreign direct investment, agricultural structural adjustment and disaster rate have significantly reduced agricultural total factor productivity.
