【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經濟的迅速發(fā)展,三農問題也受到社會的普遍關注。而農民作為三農的核心,也受到各方的關注。如何實現(xiàn)農民增收,成為我國現(xiàn)階段三農的關鍵部分,從我國連續(xù)十年發(fā)布的關于三農的一號文件就可以看出我國政府對三農問題的重視。在我國,農民人數(shù)眾多,占總人口比例較大,但由于眾多的原因,農民收入增長緩慢和城鄉(xiāng)收入差距不斷增大,如何實現(xiàn)農民增收就成為了我們迫切需要思考的問題。本文在此背景下,通過實地調研鹿泉市S村來研究農民增收問題。文章采取實證研究的方法,運用調查所得數(shù)據(jù),分析S村農民收入現(xiàn)狀,探討制約S村農民收入增長可能因素。通過仔細研究S村農業(yè)發(fā)展狀況和該村村民的收入水平,對當前形勢下的農民收入情況進行深入的剖析,探尋制約提高農民收入的根源性因素,進而提出提高S村農民收入的對策建議。本文共分為四部分:第一部分介紹了文章的研究背景、國內外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路、研究方法以及相關理論基礎。第二部分介紹了S村農業(yè)基本情況等現(xiàn)狀,同時對S村農民收入進行了分類。第三部分根據(jù)實地調研數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)制約提高S村農民收入的影響因素。第四部分針對研究中發(fā)展的問題,對S村農民增收問題提出了對策建議。研究結果表示S村農民收入中存在著城鄉(xiāng)收入差距大、農民收入水平低且增速慢以及種植積極性低等問題。通過分析影響農民收入的主要因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)耕地量、種植結構、生產意愿、自身素質等因素對農民收入有影響。對此文章建議從完善土地流轉、穩(wěn)定農業(yè)生產、發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)、優(yōu)化產業(yè)發(fā)展以及提高村民素質等方面來解決農民增收問題。文章的創(chuàng)新之處在于:運用實證研究的方法深入剖析了S村農民不同類型收入的現(xiàn)狀及問題;第二采用對比分析的方法對不同年齡階段的農民留守與外出打工的決策進行分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers has also been a common concern of the society. As the core of agriculture, countryside and farmers, farmers have also been concerned by all parties. How to increase farmers'income has become a key part of agriculture, countryside and farmers in our country at this stage. From the No. 1 document on agriculture, countryside and farmers issued in succession for ten years, we can see that the Chinese government is In our country, the number of farmers is large, accounting for a larger proportion of the total population, but because of many reasons, the growth of farmers'income is slow and the income gap between urban and rural areas is increasing, how to achieve the increase of farmers' income has become an urgent problem for us to think about. In this context, through field research Luquan S village to study farmers. This paper adopts the method of empirical research, using the data obtained from the survey, analyzes the present situation of farmers'income in S village, and probes into the possible factors restricting the growth of farmers' income in S village. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the research background, the research status at home and abroad, research ideas, research methods and related theoretical basis. The second part introduces the basic situation of S village agriculture, and at the same time the income of S village farmers. The third part finds out the factors that restrict the increase of farmers'income in S village according to the field survey data. The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the increase of farmers' income in S village. By analyzing the main factors affecting farmers'income, the paper finds that the amount of cultivated land, the structure of planting, the willingness to produce and the quality of farmers have an impact on farmers' income. The innovation of this paper lies in: using empirical research methods to analyze the status and problems of different types of income of S village farmers; secondly, using comparative analysis method to analyze the decision-making of peasants in different age groups staying behind and going out to work.
