【摘要】：正1.認(rèn)真落實(shí)城鄉(xiāng)一體化。農(nóng)民工市民化共時(shí)性實(shí)踐要達(dá)到農(nóng)民工利益與城市利益和諧共生的均衡狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)有序推進(jìn),需要城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展環(huán)境的支撐。由此需要克服農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的短板,并推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)公共服務(wù)均等化,為農(nóng)民工在城鄉(xiāng)自由遷徙創(chuàng)造必要條件。其中一個(gè)重要方向,是根據(jù)農(nóng)民工的代際變化和老一代農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)的需要,加強(qiáng)小城市包括縣城及其他城鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)配套,為農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)與市民化創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)條件。2.切實(shí)尊重農(nóng)民工的發(fā)展權(quán)利。在相當(dāng)長

In order to achieve the balanced state of harmonious symbiosis between the interests of migrant workers and the interests of cities, and to achieve orderly advancement, the synchronic practice of peasant workers needs the support of the integrated development environment of urban and rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to overcome the shortcomings of agricultural modernization and promote the equalization of urban and rural public services, so as to create the necessary conditions for migrant workers to migrate freely in urban and rural areas.
