【摘要】：近幾年,隨著社會主義新農村建設的宏偉目標逐步實現,農民幸福感得到提升。財政因其公共性特征在國家生存與發(fā)展中占據重要地位,在新的經濟形態(tài)下,財政政策的制定與實施,應當促進農民增收,提升農民精神文化水平,提高農民生活質量,讓農民感到幸福。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the realization of the grand goal of socialist new rural construction, farmers' happiness has been improved. Finance plays an important role in the survival and development of the country because of its public characteristics. In the new economic form, the formulation and implementation of fiscal policies should promote the increase of farmers' income, enhance the peasants' spiritual and cultural level, and improve their quality of life. Make farmers happy.
