【摘要】：介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)供給側結構性改革提出的政策背景、理論依據(jù)。湖南農(nóng)業(yè)供給側結構性改革的目標是要加快推進農(nóng)業(yè)轉型升級,在農(nóng)業(yè)供給側結構性改革視域下,要推動湖南農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營方式、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)功能區(qū)、農(nóng)業(yè)技術推廣體系、新農(nóng)村建設等的轉型升級。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the policy background and theoretical basis of agricultural supply-side structural reform. The aim of the structural reform on the supply side of Hunan's agriculture is to speed up the transformation and upgrading of agriculture. In the field of structural reform on the supply side of agriculture, the structure of Hunan's agricultural industry, the mode of agricultural management, and the functional areas of modern agriculture should be promoted. Agricultural technology extension system, new rural construction and other transformation and upgrading.
