【摘要】：農(nóng)村電商扶貧為促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收提供了新的方法和手段。在推動農(nóng)村電商扶貧進(jìn)程中,農(nóng)民參與意愿對扶貧工作成效具有決定性影響�；趯t河哈尼族彝族自治州13個縣26個村莊630個農(nóng)民的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從農(nóng)戶稟賦和區(qū)域環(huán)境視角,分析農(nóng)民參與電商扶貧的意愿及其影響因素發(fā)現(xiàn),不同稟賦因素對農(nóng)民參與意愿的影響存在異質(zhì)性,受教育程度越高,參與意愿越強(qiáng)烈,收入水平越低,參與概率越大;電商物流體系完善,農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高,政府大力推動等有助于激勵農(nóng)民參與。為進(jìn)一步提高農(nóng)村電商扶貧效果,在今后的電商扶貧工作中,應(yīng)將文化程度是初中、高中或中專的農(nóng)民作為推進(jìn)農(nóng)村電商扶貧的主體,將農(nóng)村電商扶貧對象聚焦于收入水平略高或略低于貧困標(biāo)準(zhǔn)線的農(nóng)民。而為了更好地推動農(nóng)村電商扶貧工作的開展,一要提升農(nóng)民對農(nóng)村電商的認(rèn)知水平;二要構(gòu)建完善的農(nóng)村電商物流體系;三要聚焦農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)在電商背景下的調(diào)整與融合;四要充分發(fā)揮政府的引導(dǎo)和扶持作用。
[Abstract]:Rural ecommerce provides new ways and means to increase farmers' income. In the process of promoting rural e-commerce poverty alleviation, farmers' willingness to participate in poverty alleviation has a decisive impact on the effectiveness of poverty alleviation. Based on the survey data of 630 farmers in 26 villages in 13 counties of Honghe Hani ethnic Yi Autonomous Prefecture, this paper analyzes the farmers' willingness to participate in e-commerce poverty alleviation and their influencing factors from the perspectives of peasant household endowment and regional environment. The influence of different endowment factors on farmers' willingness to participate has heterogeneity. The higher the level of education, the stronger the willingness to participate, the lower the income level, the greater the probability of participation. The agricultural product standardization degree is high, the government vigorously promotes and so on helps to encourage the farmer to participate. In order to further improve the effect of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation, in the future work of e-commerce poverty alleviation, the farmers with education level in junior middle school, high school or technical secondary school should be regarded as the main body of promoting rural e-commerce poverty alleviation. It focuses on the farmers whose income level is higher or lower than the poverty standard line. In order to better promote the development of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation, first, to improve farmers' understanding of rural e-commerce; second, to build a perfect rural e-commerce logistics system; third, to focus on the adjustment and integration of agricultural industry in the context of e-commerce; Fourth, give full play to the guidance and support role of the government.
