【摘要】：土地是一種基本的生產(chǎn)要素，一直與人類的生存和發(fā)展緊密相連，尤其是對于中國這樣的農(nóng)業(yè)大國，土地的建設(shè)與國家的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展息息相關(guān)，，本文研究我國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場的形成與發(fā)展，對于我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)有重要的推動(dòng)作用。在社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展的條件下，加快農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場的建設(shè)，發(fā)展農(nóng)村市場經(jīng)濟(jì)，成為建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的客觀要求，農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)的市場化也是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的必然選擇。農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場化在我國仍處在探索階段，在建設(shè)的過程中面臨各種問題，在未來的發(fā)展道路上亟需解決，并需要引導(dǎo)土地流轉(zhuǎn)的市場機(jī)制科學(xué)、合理、合法地進(jìn)行。本文將運(yùn)用多種研究方法，分析我國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場化的客觀要求及現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場化過程中存在的問題，借鑒其他國家的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出完善我國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場建設(shè)的具體建議，尋求適合我國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場化的道路，其中包括制度、觀念、法律、組織等多方面的建設(shè)，通過深入研究，為促進(jìn)我國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)市場的建設(shè)提供可以借鑒的建議。
[Abstract]:Land is a basic factor of production, which has always been closely linked with the survival and development of mankind. Especially for a large agricultural country such as China, the construction of land is closely related to the stable development of the country. This paper studies the formation and development of rural land circulation market in China, which plays an important role in promoting the construction of socialist market economy. Under the condition of the continuous development of the socialist market economy, speeding up the construction of the rural land circulation market and developing the rural market economy have become the objective requirements for the construction of modern agriculture. The marketization of rural land circulation is also the inevitable choice of building socialist market economy. The marketization of rural land circulation is still in the exploratory stage in our country, and it is faced with various problems in the process of construction. It needs to be solved urgently in the future development road, and it is necessary to guide the market mechanism of land circulation scientifically, reasonably and legally. This paper will use various research methods to analyze the objective requirements and present situation of the marketization of rural land circulation in our country, find out the problems existing in the process of marketization of rural land circulation in our country, and draw lessons from the advanced experience of other countries. Put forward the concrete suggestion of perfecting the market construction of rural land circulation in our country, seek the road suitable for the marketization of rural land circulation of our country, including the construction of system, idea, law, organization and so on, through the thorough research, In order to promote the construction of rural land circulation market can be used for reference.
