【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)采取在不改變土地歸集體所有和家庭承包經(jīng)營(yíng)的基礎(chǔ)上,深化改革農(nóng)村力度,為解決家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制下,土地利用率低、機(jī)械使用效率低、農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)得不到有效運(yùn)用等問(wèn)題。新的土地經(jīng)營(yíng)模式即家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的出現(xiàn),對(duì)加快城鎮(zhèn)化步伐,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)優(yōu)化供給、提質(zhì)增效、農(nóng)民增收目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)有著非常重要的意義。為研究新鄉(xiāng)市家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題,促進(jìn)新鄉(xiāng)市家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,增加農(nóng)民收入。本人通過(guò)對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)做實(shí)地調(diào)研分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)新鄉(xiāng)市在推進(jìn)家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)方面取得了一定成果,但也存在一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題:如家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)者水平有待進(jìn)一步提高,農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展金融問(wèn)題,農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)不完善,社會(huì)化服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)不健全等問(wèn)題。最后在對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合新鄉(xiāng)市的實(shí)際情況,提出加強(qiáng)農(nóng)場(chǎng)主教育培訓(xùn),創(chuàng)新發(fā)展農(nóng)村金融服務(wù),完善農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)制度,完善農(nóng)村社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系四個(gè)方面的發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, on the basis of not changing the collective ownership of land and household contract management, China has deepened the reform in rural areas, in order to solve the problem of low land use efficiency and low mechanical use efficiency under the household contract responsibility system. Agricultural technology can not be used effectively and so on. The emergence of a new land management model, the family farm, is of great significance in accelerating the pace of urbanization, promoting agricultural supply optimization, increasing quality and increasing efficiency, and realizing the goal of increasing farmers' income. In order to study the development of family farm in Xinxiang city, promote the development of family farm in Xinxiang city, improve the competitiveness of agricultural production in the market and increase the income of farmers. Through the field investigation and analysis of family farm in Xinxiang City, I find that Xinxiang City has made some achievements in promoting the management of family farm, but there are still some problems to be solved: for example, the level of family farm operator needs to be further improved. Agriculture development finance problem, agricultural insurance is imperfect, socialized service Orgnaization is not perfect and so on problem. Finally, on the basis of the statistical analysis of family farm investigation data in Xinxiang City, combining with the actual situation in Xinxiang City, the paper proposes to strengthen the education and training of farmers, innovate and develop rural financial services, and improve the agricultural insurance system. The development countermeasure of perfecting rural socialized service system in four aspects.
