【摘要】：為了解湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對農(nóng)民收入的影響機制,分別基于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)布局結(jié)構(gòu)以及農(nóng)業(yè)要素投入結(jié)構(gòu)2個視角,一方面利用耦合度指數(shù)的方法測算出農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)與比較優(yōu)勢的契合度,回歸分析二者耦合度與農(nóng)民收入之間的關(guān)系,另一方面利用要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)的方法測算出農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中要素投入結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性對農(nóng)民收入的影響。結(jié)果表明花生、水稻以及油菜生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性對農(nóng)民收入增長表現(xiàn)為顯著影響關(guān)系,其中油菜和花生表現(xiàn)為正向影響,水稻為負向影響,玉米、棉花以及小麥并未對農(nóng)民收入形成顯著影響,而各種要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)的極差與農(nóng)民收入增長呈現(xiàn)負向影響關(guān)系�；诖�,湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展應發(fā)揮本省各農(nóng)作物的生產(chǎn)比較優(yōu)勢來規(guī)劃農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)布局結(jié)構(gòu),加大水稻以及油菜等優(yōu)勢作物的發(fā)展力度;促進勞動力自由流動,在保證農(nóng)業(yè)用地的根本屬性基礎上合理推動土地流轉(zhuǎn),鼓勵二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)資本合理進入農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),以實現(xiàn)勞動力、土地以及資本的最優(yōu)配置。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the influence mechanism of agricultural structure adjustment on farmers' income in Hubei Province, it is based on the agricultural production layout structure and the input structure of agricultural elements, respectively. On the one hand, using the method of coupling degree index to calculate the degree of conformity between agricultural production structure and comparative advantage, regression analysis of the relationship between the coupling degree of the two and farmers' income, On the other hand, the factor endowment structure coefficient is used to measure the effect of the coordination of the input structure on the farmers' income in agricultural production. The results showed that the rationality of peanut, rice and rapeseed production structure had a significant influence on farmers' income growth, among them, rapeseed and peanut had positive effect, rice had negative effect, maize had negative effect. Cotton and wheat had no significant influence on farmers' income, but the difference of factor endowment structure coefficient had a negative effect on farmers' income growth. Based on this, the agricultural development of Hubei Province should give full play to the comparative advantages of the agricultural production of the province to plan the agricultural production layout structure, increase the development of rice and rapeseed, and promote the free flow of labor force. In order to realize the optimal allocation of labor, land and capital, the transfer of land should be promoted reasonably on the basis of ensuring the fundamental attribute of agricultural land, and the second and third industrial capital should be encouraged to enter agricultural production reasonably.
