【摘要】：近十年江西省水稻耕種收綜合機械化水平在農(nóng)機社會化服務組織發(fā)展帶動下取得了顯著進步,尤其是農(nóng)機專業(yè)合作社在促進水稻生產(chǎn)機械化方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,在發(fā)展速度、農(nóng)機裝備、服務能力以及農(nóng)機耕作面積所占比重都取得了其他農(nóng)機社會化服務組織無可比擬的發(fā)展成果。農(nóng)機專業(yè)合作之所以發(fā)揮如此重要的作用是否是因為農(nóng)機專業(yè)合作社在促進水稻生產(chǎn)機械化方面有著其他農(nóng)機社會化服務組織所無可比擬的特點、這些特點又是什么、本文借鑒前人的研究成果從組織、服務、農(nóng)機三個方面進行具體的探討:組織方面,政策傾斜、人才儲備、技術推廣保障水稻實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)的機械化生產(chǎn);服務方面,擴展水稻機械化作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)、為大型機械提供作業(yè)條件,在促進水稻生產(chǎn)全程機械化方面具有顯著優(yōu)勢。農(nóng)機方面,有效的整合農(nóng)機,為合理有序的機械化作業(yè)提供一個先決條件。這些特點固然存在,但是從當前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來看農(nóng)機專業(yè)合作社在促進水稻生產(chǎn)機械化方面仍然存在很大的進步空間。所以為了更好的發(fā)揮農(nóng)機專業(yè)合作社在推進水稻生產(chǎn)機械化方面的作用,從政府和農(nóng)機專業(yè)合作社自身發(fā)展兩方面提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the level of integrated mechanization of rice cultivation and harvest in Jiangxi Province has made remarkable progress, driven by the development of socialized service organizations of agricultural machinery. In particular, the specialized cooperative of agricultural machinery has played an important role in promoting the mechanization of rice production and has been developing at a speed. Agricultural machinery equipment, service capacity and the proportion of farm machinery cultivation area have achieved unparalleled development results of other socialized agricultural machinery service organizations. Is the agricultural machinery professional cooperation playing such an important role because of the unparalleled characteristics of other agricultural machinery social service organizations in promoting the mechanization of rice production, and what are these characteristics? Based on the previous research results, this paper discusses the following three aspects: organization, service, agricultural machinery: organization, policy inclination, talent reserve, technology promotion to ensure the sustainable mechanization of rice production, service, Expanding the mechanization of rice and providing the working conditions for the large-scale machinery have remarkable advantages in promoting the mechanization of rice production in the whole process. Agricultural machinery, effective integration of agricultural machinery for a reasonable and orderly mechanization operation provides a prerequisite. These characteristics exist, but from the current situation of development, there is still great room for improvement in promoting the mechanization of rice production in the specialized cooperative of agricultural machinery. So in order to better play the role of agricultural machinery cooperatives in promoting the mechanization of rice production, from the government and agricultural machinery cooperatives themselves development two aspects of rational suggestions.
