【摘要】：生態(tài)用地是區(qū)域生態(tài)服務(wù)功能的主要供給者,對控制區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境起到關(guān)鍵作用,開展生態(tài)用地分類與保護(hù),對實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與生態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、保障區(qū)域生態(tài)安全具有重要意義。以江蘇省宜興市為例,基于前人對于生態(tài)用地分類與土地利用現(xiàn)狀分類銜接研究成果,提取土地利用現(xiàn)狀中的生態(tài)用地,借助景觀安全格局理論方法,通過系統(tǒng)分析水土保持、生物多樣性保護(hù)、鄉(xiāng)土文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)以及自然景觀保護(hù)4個(gè)與生態(tài)用地相關(guān)的重要生態(tài)過程,運(yùn)用最小累積阻力模型構(gòu)建區(qū)域綜合景觀安全格局,并將綜合景觀安全格局與現(xiàn)狀生態(tài)用地進(jìn)行疊加,得到低安全水平、較低安全水平、中等安全水平以及高安全水平4種類型的生態(tài)用地,各類型面積分別占研究區(qū)生態(tài)用地總面積的32.07%、44.38%、22.07%以及1.48%,針對不同等級的不同生態(tài)用地類型,提出了劃定禁止建設(shè)區(qū)、防止水體污染、建設(shè)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田等針對性的保護(hù)措施與對策。研究結(jié)果為宜興市的土地利用規(guī)劃與管理、城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展等提供決策依據(jù),為其他類似地區(qū)生態(tài)用地保護(hù)規(guī)劃編制提供參考。
[Abstract]:Ecological land is the main provider of regional ecological service function and plays a key role in controlling the regional ecological environment. It is of great significance to carry out the classification and protection of ecological land to realize the coordinated development of economy and ecology and to ensure regional ecological security. Taking Yixing City, Jiangsu Province as an example, based on the previous research results of ecological land classification and land use status classification, the ecological land is extracted from the current land use situation, and the theory of landscape security pattern is used to systematically analyze soil and water conservation. Four important ecological processes related to ecological land use are biodiversity conservation, local cultural heritage protection and natural landscape protection. The minimum cumulative resistance model is used to construct the regional comprehensive landscape security pattern. The comprehensive landscape safety pattern is superposed with the present ecological land, and four types of ecological land are obtained, which are low safety level, lower safety level, middle safety level and high safety level. Each type of area accounts for 32.07% of the total ecological land area and 1.48% of the total ecological land area in the study area. According to different ecological land types of different grades, a no-construction area is proposed to prevent water pollution. Construction of high standard basic farmland and other targeted protection measures and countermeasures. The results provide a basis for the decision-making of land use planning and management, urban sustainable development and other similar ecological land conservation planning in Yixing City, and provide a reference for the compilation of ecological land conservation planning in other similar areas.
