弋陽縣森林資源質(zhì)量分析與評價

【摘要】:森林資源是林業(yè)賴以發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是構(gòu)成地球生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,掌握森林資源的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,可為林業(yè)部門進(jìn)行林業(yè)建設(shè)決策、提高森林經(jīng)營管理水平提供參考,對指導(dǎo)森林經(jīng)營有著重要現(xiàn)實意義。本文以江西省弋陽縣為研究對象,以森林可持續(xù)經(jīng)營等理論為指導(dǎo),基于2009年森林資源二類調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建森林資源質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系,并對其森林資源質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價,以找出制約其森林資源質(zhì)量提高的限制因子及提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議,主要研究結(jié)果及結(jié)論如下:(1)弋陽縣森林覆蓋率為59.40%。有林地面積為87 606.5 hm2,占林地面積的86.64%;天然林占較明顯的優(yōu)勢,有林地中天然林占71.80%;林分蓄積占到活立木蓄積的91.06%,有林地單位面積蓄積量為41.6 m3.hm-2;林齡結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,中幼齡林占喬木林分比重達(dá)到96.90%;生態(tài)公益林和商品林的比例接近1:1;主要林分類型為闊葉林和馬尾松林,二者占林地面積的比重為66.78%。(2)構(gòu)建了由森林生產(chǎn)力、森林結(jié)構(gòu)、森林健康和森林穩(wěn)定性4個約束層共13個評價指標(biāo)組成的弋陽縣森林資源質(zhì)量綜合評價指標(biāo)體系。運用層次分析法確定了各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并運用綜合指數(shù)法對弋陽縣森林資源質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價。評價結(jié)果表明:弋陽縣森林資源質(zhì)量指數(shù)為0.455,資源質(zhì)量處于中等的等級;但病蟲害發(fā)生率、火災(zāi)發(fā)生率和土壤腐殖質(zhì)厚度3個指標(biāo)處于差水平,是制約弋陽縣森林資源質(zhì)量進(jìn)一步提高的限制因子。(3)提出了提高森林生產(chǎn)力、優(yōu)化森林結(jié)構(gòu)、改善森林健康和增強森林穩(wěn)定性以提高森林資源質(zhì)量的技術(shù)措施,并提出從不斷深化林業(yè)改革、發(fā)展非公有制林業(yè),加大政策支持力度、拓寬林業(yè)建設(shè)資金投入渠道,加強科技興林、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才,堅持依法治林、加強森林資源保護的政策保障建議。
[Abstract]:Forest resources are the material basis of forestry development and an important part of the earth ecosystem. Mastering the quantity and quality of forest resources can provide a reference for forestry departments to make decisions on forestry construction and improve the level of forest management and management. For guiding forest management has important practical significance. This paper takes Yiyang County of Jiangxi Province as the research object, taking the theory of forest sustainable management as the guidance, and based on the second kind of investigation data of forest resources in 2009, constructs the evaluation index system of forest resources quality, and evaluates the forest resources quality. In order to find out the limiting factors restricting the improvement of forest resources quality and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, the main results and conclusions are as follows: the forest coverage rate of Yiyang County is 59.40. The forestland area is 87 606.5 hm2, which accounts for 86.64% of the forestland area, the natural forest occupies obvious advantage, the natural forest occupies 71.80% of the forestland, the stand volume accounts for 91 06% of the living stand storage, and the forestland unit area accumulative capacity is 41.6 m3.hm-2. The forest age structure is unreasonable. The proportion of middle and young forest to tree stand reached 96.90; the proportion of ecological public welfare forest to commercial forest was close to 1: 1; the main forest types were broadleaved forest and Pinus massoniana forest, the proportion of them to forest area was 66.78. The comprehensive evaluation index system of forest resources quality in Yiyang county is composed of 13 indexes of forest health and forest stability. The weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the quality of forest resources in Yiyang county was evaluated by comprehensive index method. The results showed that the forest resource quality index of Yiyang County was 0.455, and the resource quality was in the middle grade, but the incidence of diseases and pests, the fire rate and the thickness of soil humus were at different levels. It is a limiting factor that restricts the further improvement of forest resource quality in Yiyang County. It puts forward some technical measures to improve forest productivity, optimize forest structure, improve forest health and enhance forest stability in order to improve forest resource quality. The paper also puts forward the following suggestions: deepening forestry reform, developing non-public forestry, increasing policy support, widening investment channels of forestry construction funds, strengthening science and technology to rejuvenate forests, training professional talents, and persisting in managing forests according to law. Suggestions on strengthening the policy guarantee of forest resources protection.
