【摘要】：扶貧攻堅是一場限時的戰(zhàn)爭,決定其成敗的核心之舉在于精準扶貧。"精準扶貧"是社會發(fā)展新時期徹底解決中國貧困問題的重大戰(zhàn)略,這一戰(zhàn)略在中國的推進采用了社會動員的方式,以齊心協(xié)力、自力更生、精準滴灌為動員理念,以政府動員、價值動員、輿論動員、組織動員、資源動員等作為具體路徑,在動員實踐上取得了一系列的突破和創(chuàng)新,助推了精準扶貧戰(zhàn)略的有效實施。
[Abstract]:Poverty alleviation is a time-limited war, the core of its success or failure lies in accurate poverty alleviation. " Precision poverty alleviation "is an important strategy to solve the problem of poverty in China in the new period of social development. The promotion of this strategy in China has adopted the method of social mobilization, with concerted efforts, self-reliance, precision drip irrigation as the mobilization concept, and government mobilization. Value Mobilization, Public opinion Mobilization, Organization Mobilization, Resource Mobilization and so on have made a series of breakthroughs and innovations in the mobilization practice, which has promoted the effective implementation of the precision poverty reduction strategy.
