黑龍江省稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著物流在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展,關(guān)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)成為物流研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問題。物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)是物流系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化運(yùn)作形態(tài),物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究能夠降低系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作的成本,資源協(xié)同配置,提高整體的運(yùn)行效率。根據(jù)稻谷物流的相關(guān)特性,對(duì)黑龍江省稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行研究。 在國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于糧食物流與物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究現(xiàn)狀的前提下,根據(jù)稻谷物流理論、物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論、軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論展開對(duì)黑龍江省稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的分析。指出黑龍江省稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中存在的問題并確定稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化主要從稻谷物流節(jié)點(diǎn)及稻谷物流通道兩方面進(jìn)行。明確稻谷物流節(jié)點(diǎn)優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)與原則,通過灰色預(yù)測(cè)法預(yù)測(cè)黑龍江省未來五年的稻谷物流量計(jì)算得出稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中需要增加的節(jié)點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù)。分析影響稻谷物流節(jié)點(diǎn)選址的因素,構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過層次分析和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析確定稻谷物流節(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,構(gòu)建稻谷物流節(jié)點(diǎn)選址評(píng)價(jià)模型在備選節(jié)點(diǎn)中選擇最優(yōu)節(jié)點(diǎn),并確定稻谷物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的建設(shè)規(guī)模。 應(yīng)用軸輻網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論對(duì)黑龍江省稻谷物流通道進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,在現(xiàn)有稻谷物流線路的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一布局以實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)。根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、物流需求、物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、物流績(jī)效四個(gè)方面確定備選物流樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn),構(gòu)建物流樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用主成分分析法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,利用SPSS軟件得到主成分函數(shù)表達(dá)式。在此基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)算得到各備選物流樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)的物流發(fā)展綜合能力值并進(jìn)行排序。隨之確定稻谷物流通道中樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的距離與運(yùn)量。最后根據(jù)軸輻式網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論對(duì)稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)、非樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)以及物流線路進(jìn)行布局優(yōu)化,確定黑龍江省稻谷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的干線通道和支線通道。
[Abstract]:With the application and development of logistics in agricultural industry, the research on agricultural product logistics has become a hot issue in the field of logistics research. Logistics network is the network operation form of logistics system. Logistics network optimization research can reduce the cost of system operation, coordinate the allocation of resources, and improve the overall operation efficiency. According to the related characteristics of rice logistics, this paper studies the optimization of rice logistics network in Heilongjiang province. On the premise of the research status of grain logistics and logistics network at home and abroad, according to the theory of rice logistics, logistics network theory, The axis-spoke network theory is used to analyze the paddy logistics network in Heilongjiang province. This paper points out the problems existing in the rice logistics network in Heilongjiang Province and determines that the optimization of the rice logistics network is mainly carried out from two aspects: the rice logistics node and the rice logistics channel. The goal and principle of the optimization of rice logistics nodes were defined. The number of nodes needed to be increased in the rice logistics network was calculated by predicting the grain logistics flow of Heilongjiang Province in the next five years by using the grey forecasting method. The factors influencing the location of rice logistics node are analyzed and the evaluation index system is constructed. The weight of the evaluation index of rice logistics node is determined by AHP and grey correlation analysis, and the model of location evaluation of rice logistics node is constructed to select the optimal node in the alternative node. The construction scale of rice logistics node is determined, and the optimization of rice logistics channel in Heilongjiang Province is studied by using the theory of axis-spoke network, and the optimization goal is realized by unified layout on the basis of the existing rice logistics routes. According to the four aspects of economic development, logistics demand, logistics infrastructure, logistics performance to determine the alternative logistics hub node, build logistics hub node evaluation index system, use principal component analysis method to evaluate the analysis. The expression of principal component function is obtained by SPSS software. On this basis, the comprehensive capacity of logistics development of each alternative logistics hub node is calculated and sorted. Then determine the distance and transportation volume between the nodes in the rice logistics channel. Finally, according to the axis-spoke network theory, we optimize the layout of the key nodes, non-hub nodes and logistics lines in the paddy logistics network, and determine the trunk and branch channels in the rice logistics network of Heilongjiang Province.
