【摘要】：世界農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的格局已經(jīng)發(fā)生了重大變化,北美、歐洲等農(nóng)業(yè)高度發(fā)達的國家占領(lǐng)國際農(nóng)業(yè)市場的份額比較大,農(nóng)業(yè)人才為發(fā)達國家的市場貢獻率起了重要作用。由此可知,未來農(nóng)業(yè)市場的競爭越來越激烈,優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品可以提高農(nóng)業(yè)商戶的經(jīng)濟競爭力;然而創(chuàng)新優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品依靠農(nóng)業(yè)人才,產(chǎn)品推廣更需要農(nóng)技推廣人才,人才在未來農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟競爭中顯得至關(guān)重要;創(chuàng)新農(nóng)技推廣人才對市場的產(chǎn)品需求具有可預知性,準確判斷創(chuàng)新農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場前景,了解農(nóng)戶心理新產(chǎn)品容易全面推廣,以增加農(nóng)民的經(jīng)濟收入。全面提高農(nóng)業(yè)社會生產(chǎn)力促進農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟繁榮昌盛,有利于農(nóng)民社會生活豐富多彩;農(nóng)民經(jīng)濟收入逐年增收,更有利農(nóng)民安居樂業(yè);為加快新農(nóng)村建設(shè)以及解決“三農(nóng)”問題,需要大量高素質(zhì)、知識結(jié)構(gòu)合理的專業(yè)農(nóng)技推廣人才隊伍。本文研究以2015年12月到2016年5月,深入基層農(nóng)技站了解推廣人才隊伍的實際情況,通過圖書館查閱大量農(nóng)技推廣人才隊伍建設(shè)相關(guān)書籍資料,對鹿邑縣農(nóng)技推廣人才隊伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題進行分析,提出了推廣人才隊伍建設(shè)重要性的思想意識,改善人才結(jié)構(gòu)、提高人才素質(zhì)、拓寬資金渠道等具體可行性的對策和建議,改善鹿邑縣農(nóng)技推廣人才隊伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,提高人才資本在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的重要地位。
[Abstract]:Great changes have taken place in the pattern of agricultural economic development in the world. The highly developed countries such as North America and Europe occupy a large share of the international agricultural market, and agricultural talents play an important role in the market contribution rate of developed countries. From this, we can see that in the future, the competition in the agricultural market will be more and more intense, and high-quality agricultural products can improve the economic competitiveness of agricultural merchants. However, the innovation of high-quality products depends on agricultural talents, and the promotion of products requires more agricultural technology extension personnel. The talents are very important in the future agricultural economy competition, the innovation agricultural technology extension person can have the predictability to the market product demand, the accurate judgment innovation agricultural product market prospect, the understanding farmer psychology new product is easy to popularize in an all-round way. To increase farmers' economic income. Comprehensively improving agricultural social productivity and promoting rural social and economic prosperity is conducive to the rich and colorful social life of peasants, and the increase of peasants' economic income year by year will be more conducive to peasants' living and working in peace and contentment; In order to speed up the construction of new countryside and solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", we need a large number of high quality, rational knowledge structure of the professional agricultural technology extension team. In this paper, from December 2015 to May 2016, we will go deep into the grass-roots agricultural technical stations to understand the actual situation of popularizing talents, and consult a large number of books and materials related to the construction of agricultural and technical extension talents through the library. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of agricultural and technical extension talents in Luyi County, and puts forward the ideological consciousness of the importance of popularizing the talents team, improving the structure of talents and improving the quality of talents. The countermeasures and suggestions to widen the fund channel and so on, to improve the present situation of the construction of agricultural technology extension talent team in Luyi County, and to improve the important position of talent capital in agricultural productivity.
