王家大院景區(qū)周邊環(huán)境土地利用空間演變研究

【摘要】:隨著旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,景區(qū)開發(fā)日漸成熟,而其周邊環(huán)境卻依然雜亂無序,出現(xiàn)景區(qū)與周邊發(fā)展相分離的矛盾。相對于景區(qū)內(nèi)部受到嚴(yán)格的保護和諸多的限制而言,周邊環(huán)境變更的頻度和變化的程度及其本身結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性和特殊性均遠遠超過了景區(qū)內(nèi)部。作為景區(qū)的邊緣區(qū)、過渡區(qū)和緩沖區(qū),周邊環(huán)境成為旅游發(fā)展中問題最多,變化最大和最敏感的地帶,也是未來旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵區(qū)域。在旅游經(jīng)濟利益的驅(qū)動下,景區(qū)周邊土地利用變化顯著,旅游用地規(guī)模逐漸擴張,對景區(qū)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要影響。因此,探索專門針對景區(qū)周邊環(huán)境的土地利用變化及空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變成為需要關(guān)注的科學(xué)問題。本文以王家大院景區(qū)周邊環(huán)境為研究對象,利用遙感影像解譯監(jiān)測和GIS空間分析技術(shù),對其周邊環(huán)境空間演變及影響因素進行分析,比較景區(qū)周邊土地利用自1997年開展旅游業(yè)以來的動態(tài)變化,主要包括以下內(nèi)容:(1)以靜升村1999、2002、2007、2015年Landsat TM和ETM遙感影像數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過對遙感影像的處理和解譯,提取四期土地利用動態(tài)變化的面積和類型,并進一步采用土地利用變化幅度、土地利用動態(tài)度等數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析王家大院景區(qū)周邊土地利用動態(tài)變化的規(guī)律特征。(2)根據(jù)周邊環(huán)境演變路徑,探尋其演變機理,從政府政策、旅游需求、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展等六個方面對王家大院景區(qū)周邊土地利用變化驅(qū)動力因素進行分析。通過以上研究,得出主要結(jié)論如下:(1)王家大院景區(qū)周邊土地利用格局經(jīng)歷了初始期、發(fā)展期、提升期三個階段,景區(qū)周邊建設(shè)用地變化幅度和變化速度最為顯著,耕地、林地由于旅游經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展逐漸向建設(shè)用地轉(zhuǎn)變。(2)在空間結(jié)構(gòu)變化上,靜升村建設(shè)用地呈現(xiàn)出以王家大院為中心向外圍擴張的趨勢,由原先的帶狀分布逐漸發(fā)展為片狀分布,圍繞旅游景區(qū)、靜升中心路進行集聚與擴展。(3)影響景區(qū)周邊土地利用變化的驅(qū)動因子包括旅游需求的變化、政府規(guī)劃的推動、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的扶持、縣域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的完善以及社會生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,起主導(dǎo)作用的已由旅游資源價值轉(zhuǎn)化為土地資源價值,更多的指向了綜合性外在因素。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of tourism industry, the development of scenic spots is maturing day by day, but the surrounding environment is still disorderly, and there is a contradiction between scenic spots and the development of surrounding areas. Compared with the strict protection and many restrictions within the scenic area, the frequency and the degree of change of the surrounding environment and the complexity and particularity of its own structure are far more than the interior of the scenic area. As the marginal area, transition zone and buffer zone of the scenic area, the surrounding environment has become the most problematic, most changeable and most sensitive zone in the tourism development, and it is also the key area of the future tourism development. Driven by the economic benefits of tourism, the land use around the scenic area has changed significantly, and the scale of tourism land has gradually expanded, which has an important impact on the sustainable development of scenic area tourism. Therefore, exploring the land use change and spatial structure evolution of the surrounding environment has become a scientific problem to be paid attention to. In this paper, the surrounding environment of Wangjia Courtyard is taken as the research object, and the spatial evolution and influencing factors of the surrounding environment are analyzed by using remote sensing image interpretation and monitoring and GIS spatial analysis technology. Comparing the dynamic changes of land use around the scenic area since the tourism industry began in 1997, mainly including the following contents: 1) based on the data of Jingsheng Village 1999 / 2002 / 2007 and Landsat TM and ETM remote sensing images in 2015, through the processing and interpretation of remote sensing images, The area and type of land use dynamic change in four periods were extracted, and the mathematical models such as the extent of land use change, the dynamic attitude of land use and other mathematical models were further adopted. According to the evolution path of the surrounding environment, this paper explores the evolution mechanism of the land use dynamic change in the scenic area of Wangjia Courtyard, from the angle of government policy and tourism demand. This paper analyzes the driving factors of land use change around WangjiaCourtyard from six aspects of economic development. Through the above research, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) the land use pattern around the Wangjia Courtyard has experienced three stages: initial period, development period and promotion period. The change range and speed of the construction land around the scenic spot is the most significant. Cultivated land, Due to the development of tourism economy, the forest land gradually changed to the construction land. (2) in the spatial structure change, the construction land of Jingsheng village showed a tendency of expanding to the periphery with Wang Jia courtyard as the center, and gradually developed from the original zonal distribution to the sheet distribution. The driving factors influencing the land use change around the scenic spot include the change of tourism demand, the promotion of government planning, the support of industrial policy, the development of county economy. With the improvement of infrastructure and the change of social production mode, the leading role has been changed from the value of tourism resources to the value of land resources, which points to comprehensive external factors.
