【摘要】：本文通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全方面的法律法規(guī),農(nóng)業(yè)信息資源、農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等一系列相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的大量文獻(xiàn)資料;通過(guò)在福州各農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工地、超市、農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)和批發(fā)市場(chǎng)等處隨機(jī)抽取若干樣品,按照中華人民共和國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)NY/T 761—2008,用氣相色譜法進(jìn)行有機(jī)磷、擬除蟲(chóng)菊酯和噻嗪酮農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè),·通過(guò)在福州市區(qū)內(nèi)選擇抽取若干數(shù)量的農(nóng)戶作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,就其質(zhì)量安全意識(shí)和對(duì)果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全生產(chǎn)及監(jiān)管方面的認(rèn)識(shí)情況進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,掌握作為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)主體的農(nóng)民對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全生產(chǎn)的認(rèn)識(shí)及福州市果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全情況等。在對(duì)查閱到的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料和調(diào)查、檢測(cè)中所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)及了解收集的情況、觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行甄選梳理和綜合研究及借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,就農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題的內(nèi)涵、現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行了全面的分析,并針對(duì)如何完善福州市果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全體系和相關(guān)制度建設(shè),及解決"從農(nóng)田到餐桌"這一過(guò)程中的安全問(wèn)題,切實(shí)為人們的食品安全提供保障,提出了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:By consulting a large number of documents related to the laws and regulations of agricultural products safety at home and abroad, agricultural information resources, agricultural database and a series of related fields, some samples are randomly selected from the agricultural products processing sites, supermarkets, farmers' markets and wholesale markets in Fuzhou, according to the standard of agricultural industry of People's Republic of China, NY /T 761 - 2008, organophosphorus, pyrethroid and thiazine pesticide residues were detected by gas chromatography. By selecting a number of farmers in Fuzhou city as the investigation object, the quality safety awareness and the knowledge of safety production and supervision of Guo Shunong products were investigated by questionnaire. The farmers' understanding of the production safety of agricultural products and the quality and safety of the fruit and vegetable products in Fuzhou. The connotation, present situation and causes of the quality and safety of agricultural products were analyzed comprehensively. The safety problems in the process of improving the quality and safety system of the fruit and vegetable products in Fuzhou and the related system were solved. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to ensure the safety of the food safety.
