【摘要】：現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)以設(shè)施工程為主體,屬于一種新型的農(nóng)業(yè)組織,該組織經(jīng)營(yíng)方式上實(shí)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化,生產(chǎn)方式上實(shí)行集約化。農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)具有技術(shù)示范、轉(zhuǎn)化及促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等多種功能。通常情況下,農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)是按照核心區(qū)、示范區(qū)、輻射區(qū)方式布局,實(shí)現(xiàn)資金、技術(shù)及管理三方面的高度集約,使農(nóng)業(yè)科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展具備優(yōu)越的發(fā)展平臺(tái)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文以吉林公主嶺國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,分析其現(xiàn)在發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)其發(fā)展進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),旨在為引導(dǎo)和帶動(dòng)周邊農(nóng)業(yè)及經(jīng)濟(jì)健康有序發(fā)展。本篇論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)研與訪談法及綜合評(píng)價(jià)法三種研究方法。以吉林公主嶺國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)吉林公主嶺國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用層次分析法對(duì)吉林公主嶺國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)發(fā)展進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得出結(jié)論并提出相應(yīng)建議。通過(guò)研究可得到如下研究結(jié)論:當(dāng)前公主嶺國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)發(fā)展已取得較好的成績(jī),即便現(xiàn)在所使用的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)公主嶺農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)發(fā)展具有良好作用,但其依然具有欠缺,所以在選擇綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系時(shí)要考慮使用能夠概括全局發(fā)展的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。同時(shí)在使用綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系時(shí)要遵循評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系所具有的原則,必須同園區(qū)發(fā)展方向相同,應(yīng)使指標(biāo)體系具備系統(tǒng)、全面的特性。
[Abstract]:The modern agricultural science and technology park takes the facility engineering as the main body, belongs to one kind of new agriculture organization, this organization carries on the industrialization in the management way, implements the intensification in the production mode. Agricultural park has a variety of functions such as technology demonstration, transformation and economic development. Generally, the agricultural park is based on the core area, demonstration area, radiation area layout, the realization of funds, technology and management of three highly intensive, so that agricultural science and technology industrialization development has a superior development platform. On this basis, this article takes the Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park as the research object, analyzes its present development situation, carries on the appraisal to its development, in order to guide and drive the peripheral agriculture and the economy healthy and orderly development. This paper adopts three research methods: literature research, field investigation and interview, and comprehensive evaluation. Taking Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park as the research object, based on the analysis of the present situation of Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is adopted. This paper evaluates the development of Jilin Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park by AHP, draws a conclusion and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Through the research, we can get the following conclusions: at present, the development of Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park has made good achievements, even though the comprehensive evaluation index system used now has a good effect on evaluating the development of Gongzhuling Agricultural Science and Technology Park. But it is still deficient, so we should consider using the evaluation index which can generalize the overall development in the selection of comprehensive evaluation system. At the same time, when using the comprehensive evaluation index system, the principles of the evaluation index system should be followed, and the development direction of the evaluation index system must be the same as that of the park, and the index system should have systematic and comprehensive characteristics.
