【摘要】：上世紀80年代以來,農村剩余勞動力大規(guī)模向城市轉移的同時,也出現(xiàn)了大量回流現(xiàn)象。本文在廣泛調研基礎上,對農民工回流動因予以分析比較,將回流動因分為"個人發(fā)展需要"、"家庭責任需要"、"生存安全需要"、"文化價值取向所致"四種類型。為深入研究不同回流動因對城鎮(zhèn)化及農村發(fā)展的影響,將"個人發(fā)展需要"和"文化價值取向所致"歸為主動回流,"家庭責任需要"和"生存安全需要"歸為被動回流。進一步研究認為,回流動因是影響農民工城鎮(zhèn)化落腳點的主要因素,其未來城鎮(zhèn)化的落腳點因回流動因不同,或回流動因相同而回流地所在地區(qū)不同而不同;回流動因也是影響農民工在農村發(fā)揮作用的主要因素,農民工在農村作用的發(fā)揮,因回流動因不同,或回流動因相同而回流村莊的基本情況不同而不同。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980's, the rural surplus labor force has been transferred to the city on a large scale, at the same time, there has been a large number of backflow phenomenon. On the basis of extensive investigation and research, this paper analyzes and compares the motivation of migrant workers' return, and divides the motivation into four types: "individual development needs", "family responsibility needs", "survival security needs" and "cultural value orientation". In order to deeply study the influence of different reflux drivers on urbanization and rural development, "individual development needs" and "cultural value orientation" are classified as active return, "family responsibility needs" and "survival security needs" are classified as passive return. Further research shows that the driving force of return is the main factor that affects the destination of the urbanization of migrant workers, and the destination of the future urbanization is different because of the different motivation of return or the same motivation of return and different regions where the return is located. The motivation of return is also the main factor affecting the role of migrant workers in rural areas, the role of migrant workers in rural areas, due to the return of different motivation, or the same return of the basic situation of the villages and different.
