【摘要】："十三五"時期,我國要大力培育新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體和服務(wù)主體,不斷提升現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和水平。培育新型農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)主體與培育新型經(jīng)營(生產(chǎn))主體具有同等重要性。家庭農(nóng)場作為當(dāng)前和未來中國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中主要的新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體,其在充分發(fā)揮生產(chǎn)功能、強化生產(chǎn)主體地位的同時,在一定程度上也在發(fā)揮服務(wù)功能,日益成為重要的新型農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)主體。家庭農(nóng)場服務(wù)功能的發(fā)揮和新型農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)主體地位的確立,對于我國構(gòu)建主體多元、競爭充分、分工協(xié)作的新型農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)供給格局具有重要意義。因此,為促進家庭農(nóng)場快速、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,要積極鼓勵、引導(dǎo)和支持家庭農(nóng)場不斷提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和水平,完善服務(wù)功能。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China should vigorously cultivate new agricultural management and service subjects, and constantly improve the quality and level of modern agricultural development.It is equally important to cultivate the new agricultural service subject and the new management (production) subject.As the main new type of agricultural management subject in current and future agricultural production in China, family farms are exerting full production functions and strengthening the status of production main bodies, and at the same time, to a certain extent, they are also exerting their service functions.Increasingly, it has become an important new type of agricultural service subject.The exertion of family farm service function and the establishment of new agricultural service main body position are of great significance to the construction of the new agricultural service supply pattern in our country which is pluralistic, competitive and cooperative.Therefore, in order to promote the rapid and sustainable development of family farms, we should actively encourage, guide and support family farms to continuously improve the quality and level of services and improve service functions.
