【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是一種既保留了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的基本特征,又為游客提供多樣化、個性化的休閑服務(wù)的產(chǎn)業(yè),因而綜合具備了第一、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征,是一種綜合性的產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國休閑農(nóng)業(yè)在世界體閑農(nóng)業(yè)成功發(fā)展的背景下,隨著經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展、科技進步、城鎮(zhèn)化水平提高、生活水平提高、閑暇時間增多以及農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施逐步完善而發(fā)展起來的。民權(quán)縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源豐富,自然景觀多、田園風(fēng)光優(yōu)美,為發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)提供了必要條件。但由于民權(quán)縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)缺少合理科學(xué)的規(guī)劃,導(dǎo)致其休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展還停留在初級階段。因此,對民權(quán)縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展進行研究,對推動民權(quán)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在界定休閑農(nóng)業(yè)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從概念上對觀光農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)旅游與休閑農(nóng)業(yè)之間的關(guān)系做出分析,了解它們之間的關(guān)系,從而更準(zhǔn)確的對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的資源進行分類,同時對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的基本特征進行了總結(jié),闡述了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)概念、類型。通過搜集有關(guān)資料和進行實地調(diào)研,對民權(quán)縣發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)這四個方面進行了論述,從旅游資源、區(qū)位條件、客源基礎(chǔ)以及發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)前景方面分析了民權(quán)縣發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)所具備的優(yōu)勢條件,探析了民權(quán)縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及在發(fā)展當(dāng)中存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了民權(quán)縣發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的路徑選擇,合理實現(xiàn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的總體布局。最后,提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is an industry which not only retains the basic characteristics of agricultural production, but also provides diversified and individualized leisure services for tourists. Therefore, it has the characteristics of the first and third industries and is a comprehensive industry.Under the background of the successful development of leisure agriculture in the world, our leisure agriculture has developed with the rapid development of economy, the progress of science and technology, the improvement of urbanization level, the improvement of living standard, the increase of leisure time and the gradual improvement of rural infrastructure.Minquan County is rich in leisure agriculture resources, natural landscape and beautiful pastoral scenery, which provides the necessary conditions for the development of leisure agriculture.However, due to the lack of rational and scientific planning of leisure agriculture in Minquan County, the development of leisure agriculture is still in the primary stage.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the development of leisure agriculture in Minquan County, to promote the development of civil rights rural economy, to realize the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and to build a new socialist countryside.On the basis of defining the concept of leisure agriculture, this paper makes an analysis of tourism agriculture, the relationship between agricultural tourism and leisure agriculture, and understands the relationship between them, so as to classify the resources of leisure agriculture more accurately.At the same time, the basic characteristics of leisure agriculture are summarized, and the concept and types of leisure agriculture are expounded.Through collecting relevant data and carrying out field investigation, this paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of developing leisure agriculture in Minquan County, from the aspects of tourism resources, location conditions,On the basis of tourists and the prospect of developing leisure agriculture, this paper analyzes the advantages and conditions of developing leisure agriculture in Minquan County, and probes into the present situation of leisure agriculture development in Minquan County and the problems existing in the development.On the basis of this, the author puts forward the path choice of developing leisure agriculture in Minquan County, and realizes the overall layout of leisure agriculture reasonably.Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
