【摘要】：中國(guó)新民主主義革命取得最終勝利的根本原因,在于成功地解決了舊政權(quán)無(wú)法解決的"平均地權(quán)"問(wèn)題。我黨不同時(shí)期土地政策的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)都是農(nóng)民大眾。當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中人地矛盾突出,生產(chǎn)效率低下,亟需找到解決的出路。但大資本下鄉(xiāng)將極大損害大多數(shù)農(nóng)民利益,危害社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的基礎(chǔ)。培育農(nóng)村內(nèi)生的適度規(guī)模的家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng),將有助于穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化及城鄉(xiāng)一體化。
[Abstract]:The fundamental reason for the final victory of China's new democratic revolution lies in the successful settlement of the "average land ownership" problem that the old regime could not solve.The starting point and foothold of our Party's land policy in different periods are all peasant masses.In the process of agricultural modernization in China, the contradiction between man and land is prominent and the production efficiency is low.However, large capital going to the countryside will greatly damage the interests of most farmers and endanger the foundation of social stability.The cultivation of rural endogenous family farms on a moderate scale will contribute to the steady advancement of agricultural modernization and integration of urban and rural areas.
