【摘要】：基于"一帶一路"倡議,中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為契機(jī),統(tǒng)籌"一帶一路"農(nóng)產(chǎn)品多元市場(chǎng),整合農(nóng)業(yè)科技先進(jìn)技術(shù)與裝備,充分發(fā)揮我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技比較優(yōu)勢(shì),積極開(kāi)拓"一帶一路"農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去新領(lǐng)域。在已有中國(guó)對(duì)"一帶一路"國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去如科技試驗(yàn)、示范、推廣等基礎(chǔ)上,分析了"一帶一路"中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),梳理了中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去的問(wèn)題,并提出對(duì)策建議,以期為"一帶一路"中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技走出去獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the "Belt and Road" initiative, China's agricultural science and technology going out took the opportunity of structural reform on the supply side of agriculture under the new normal state of economic development to co-ordinate the diversified market of "Belt and Road" agricultural products and integrate advanced technologies and equipment of agricultural science and technology.Give full play to China's comparative advantage in agricultural science and technology, and actively open up new fields of agricultural science and technology of Belt and Road.On the basis of the fact that China has carried out agricultural science and technology to "Belt and Road" countries, such as scientific and technological experiments, demonstration and popularization, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of "Belt and Road" agricultural science and technology going out in China.This paper combs the problems of China's agricultural science and technology going out, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to make suggestions for Belt and Road's going out of China's agricultural science and technology.
