【摘要】：鹽池縣在精準(zhǔn)扶貧、精準(zhǔn)脫貧方面取得了一定成績,經(jīng)驗主要有:堅持精準(zhǔn)識別、精準(zhǔn)施策,著力解決"扶持誰"、"怎么扶"的問題;堅持"三先"開路、精神扶貧,著力破解貧困群眾脫貧內(nèi)生動力不足的難題;堅持金融扶貧,著力破解發(fā)展資金短缺難題;堅持培育產(chǎn)業(yè)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,著力破解貧困群眾增收致富難題;堅持完善設(shè)施、夯實基礎(chǔ),著力破解公共服務(wù)短板難題;堅持創(chuàng)新載體,做活新業(yè)態(tài),著力培育脫貧攻堅新動能。鹽池扶貧經(jīng)驗對寧夏乃至全國具有典型借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Efforts will be made to solve the problem of insufficient endogenous motivation for poverty alleviation among the poor; to persist in helping the poor financially and to solve the problem of shortage of development funds; to persist in cultivating industries, for sustainable development and to solve the problem of increasing income and becoming rich among the poor; and to persist in improving facilities.Tamp the foundation, solve the problem of public service shortage, persist in innovation carrier, do new work and cultivate new kinetic energy to overcome poverty.Yanchi poverty-alleviation experience to Ningxia and even the country has a typical reference.
