【摘要】：低效用地再開(kāi)發(fā)是當(dāng)前城市形象提升和企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的迫切需要,是傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)去產(chǎn)能、僵尸企業(yè)清理以及引導(dǎo)調(diào)控城市規(guī)模、優(yōu)化城市空間布局的主要發(fā)力點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,針對(duì)天津經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)東區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)其低效用地利用現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,提出相應(yīng)的低效建設(shè)用地再開(kāi)發(fā)利用對(duì)策和建議,以期為相關(guān)管理部門(mén)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The redevelopment of inefficient land is the urgent need for the promotion of the city image and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. It is the main starting point of the traditional industry to deproduce, to clean up the zombie enterprises, to guide and regulate the scale of the city and to optimize the urban spatial layout.Through investigation and statistical analysis of data and data, this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of inefficient land use in the eastern part of Tianjin Economic and technological Development Zone, and draws lessons from relevant experience at home and abroad.The countermeasures and suggestions for the redevelopment and utilization of inefficient construction land are put forward in order to provide reference for relevant management departments.
