【摘要】：休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是一種新型農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展為廣大城鎮(zhèn)居民提供了休閑觀光的場所,城鎮(zhèn)居民可以在休閑觀光中回歸自然,得到壓力的放松、愉悅心情等。濟南有著豐富的農(nóng)業(yè)資源及龐大的休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的消費需求,這都為發(fā)展?jié)闲蓍e觀光農(nóng)業(yè)提供了非常有利的條件。但是,當前濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展還存在很多問題,阻礙著進一步發(fā)展。濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展要堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,這樣才能合理規(guī)劃濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的布局,解決濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸。本文以濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為研究重點,重點分析濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的可能及需求,針對濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展進行了SWOT分析,了解濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、威脅與機會,并進一步解析其存在的問題。首先,筆者概述了濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究背景、研究目的,概述了國內(nèi)外研究綜述。其次,筆者針對休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等進行了理論概述,并具體分析了休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,筆者認為消費者收入狀況及其業(yè)余時間、游客需求的可持續(xù)性、休閑觀光園區(qū)經(jīng)營層面的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、環(huán)境因素都是其重要的影響因素。其三,筆者進行了濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展分析,具體分析了其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需求以及SWTO分析,筆者認為濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢主要有:人才優(yōu)勢突出、經(jīng)濟條件優(yōu)越、區(qū)域優(yōu)勢明顯、自然條件優(yōu)越及文化優(yōu)勢;劣勢主要有土地資源短缺、水資源短缺、生產(chǎn)成本和勞動力成本高;機會主要有市場消費需求巨大、打造綠色城市對濟南生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)的需求、政府推動;挑戰(zhàn)主要有城鄉(xiāng)居民收入水平差距大、市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)育欠成熟、周邊地區(qū)的競爭。其四,筆者還具體分析了濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問題。當前濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展存在的主要問題有:休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值在農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值的比重低、休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)未形成合理布局、競爭趨于同質(zhì)化、惡性競爭嚴重、開發(fā)層次低、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施有待加強。最后,筆者針對濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,提出相應的解決對策及其建議,為濟南休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Leisure and sightseeing agriculture is a new type of agricultural development mode. The development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture provides the vast number of urban residents with a place for leisure and sightseeing. Urban residents can return to nature in the process of leisure and sightseeing and get the relaxation of pressure and the pleasant mood and so on.Jinan has abundant agricultural resources and huge consumption demand of leisure and sightseeing agricultural tourism, which provides very favorable conditions for the development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture.However, there are still many problems in the development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, which hinder the further development.The development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture should adhere to the road of sustainable development so as to plan the layout of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture reasonably and solve the bottleneck of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture development.This paper focuses on the sustainable development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, analyzes the possibility and demand of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture sustainable development, and analyzes the sustainable development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture by SWOT.To understand the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of the development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and to further analyze its existing problems.First of all, the author summarizes the research background, research purpose and domestic and foreign research on the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Jinan.Secondly, the author summarizes the theory of leisure and sightseeing agriculture and sustainable development, and analyzes the factors that affect the development of leisure tourism agriculture. The author thinks that the consumer income and its spare time, the sustainability of tourist demand,Environment is an important factor in the sustainable development of leisure and sightseeing park.Thirdly, the author analyzes the sustainable development of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture, and analyzes the demand of its sustainable development and the SWTO analysis. The author thinks that the advantages of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture development are as follows: talent advantage is prominent.The main disadvantages are the shortage of land resources, the shortage of water resources, the high cost of production and labor, and the great demand for market consumption.In order to build a green city, the government promotes the construction of the ecological environment in Jinan. The challenges include the large income gap between urban and rural residents, the immature market economy and the competition in the surrounding areas.Fourth, the author also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture.At present, the main problems existing in the sustainable development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Jinan are as follows: the proportion of the output value of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in the total agricultural output value is low, the leisure and sightseeing agriculture industry has not formed a reasonable layout, the competition tends to be homogenized, and the vicious competition is serious.Development level is low, infrastructure needs to be strengthened.Finally, according to the problems of Jinan leisure and sightseeing agriculture development, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for Jinan leisure tourism agriculture development.
