【摘要】：大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),有利于促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,有利于提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效益,有利于增加農(nóng)產(chǎn)品附加值,有利于為“三農(nóng)”發(fā)展留住更多的人才。近年來(lái),梅州市梅縣區(qū)在發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)中堅(jiān)守工業(yè)和綠色理念,促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)不斷向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),取得了初步的成效。但從總體上看,梅縣區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條不夠完善、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式粗放、農(nóng)業(yè)融資渠道較少等狀況仍然沒(méi)有得到根本改變,農(nóng)民就業(yè)的門路仍然不夠廣,仍然存在農(nóng)民增收困難的局面。對(duì)梅縣區(qū)而言,大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),是加快農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、縮小城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展水平差距的必由之路。本論文從梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),介紹了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ),闡述了梅縣區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,分析了梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的存在問(wèn)題及原因,并在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)地區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性地提出七個(gè)方面的對(duì)策建議:一是探索新品種的引進(jìn)推廣,降低農(nóng)業(yè)主打產(chǎn)品單一的市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);二是積極推廣運(yùn)用農(nóng)業(yè)新技術(shù),促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)增效農(nóng)民增收;三是拉長(zhǎng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)�；a(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng);四是創(chuàng)新籌資和融資方式,開(kāi)辟農(nóng)業(yè)資金多元投入渠道;五是培育新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體,提升農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織化程度;六是強(qiáng)化農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng),打造高素質(zhì)農(nóng)業(yè)科技人才隊(duì)伍;七是加快農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)融合發(fā)展,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。本論文由七大部分構(gòu)成:第一部分,導(dǎo)言。主要是介紹選題背景資料、研究要達(dá)到的目的、研究所具有的意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的有關(guān)情況、研究的主要內(nèi)容、研究的主要方法、開(kāi)展研究的技術(shù)路線等。第二部分,相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)廣泛閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),掌握現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的概念、特點(diǎn)以及相關(guān)理論,從而為本論文提供有力的理論支撐。第三部分,梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。深入了解梅縣區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)概況,歸納總結(jié)梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分享梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的三個(gè)案例。第四部分,梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的存在問(wèn)題及原因分析。深入分析梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的存在問(wèn)題及其原因所在。第五部分,國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。對(duì)國(guó)外有關(guān)國(guó)家和我國(guó)有關(guān)地區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié),從而為梅縣區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)加快發(fā)展提供參考。第六部分,梅縣區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。第七部分,結(jié)論與討論。
[Abstract]:The development of modern agriculture is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of agriculture, improving the efficiency of agricultural production, increasing the added value of agricultural products, and retaining more talents for the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.In recent years, Meixian District of Meizhou City adheres to the idea of industry and green in the development of agriculture, and promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.But on the whole, the structure of agricultural products in Mei County is single, the chain of agricultural industries is not perfect enough, the mode of agricultural development is extensive, the channels of agricultural financing are less, and so on, and the access to employment for farmers is still not wide enough.There is still a difficult situation for farmers to increase their income.For Meixian District, vigorously developing modern agriculture is the only way to accelerate the transformation and upgrade of agriculture and narrow the gap between urban and rural development level.Starting from the actual situation of the development of modern agriculture in Meixian district, this paper introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of modern agriculture, expounds the present situation of developing modern agriculture in Meixian district, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the development of modern agriculture in Meixian district.Based on the successful experience of developing modern agriculture at home and abroad, seven countermeasures are put forward: first, to explore the introduction and popularization of new varieties and to reduce the single market risk of agricultural main products;The second is to actively promote the application of new agricultural technology, to promote the increase of farmers' income; third, to lengthen the agricultural industry chain, to promote the industrialization of agriculture on a large scale; fourth, to innovate the ways of raising funds and financing, and to open up multiple investment channels for agricultural funds;Fifth, to cultivate new agricultural management subjects and to enhance the degree of organization of agricultural production; sixthly, to strengthen the cultivation of agricultural professionals and build a contingent of high-quality agricultural science and technology talents; and seventh, to speed up the integration of agriculture and tourism.To promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industries.This thesis consists of seven parts: the first part, the introduction.It mainly introduces the background information of the topic, the purpose of the research, the significance of the research, the relevant research situation at home and abroad, the main contents of the research, the main methods of the research, the technical route of the research, etc.The second part, related concepts and theoretical basis.Through the extensive reading of relevant literature, grasp the concept, characteristics and related theories of modern agriculture, so as to provide a strong theoretical support for this paper.The third part, the present situation of modern agriculture in Mei County.To understand the general situation of Meixian district agriculture, summarize the present situation of modern agriculture in Meixian district, and share three cases of modern agriculture in Meixian district.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and causes of the development of modern agriculture in Mei County.The existing problems and their causes of the development of modern agriculture in Meixian district are analyzed in depth.The fifth part, the domestic and foreign modern agriculture development experience uses for reference.The experience of developing modern agriculture in foreign countries and regions of China is summarized, so as to provide a reference for the rapid development of modern agriculture in Meixian district.In the sixth part, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern agriculture in Mei County.The seventh part, conclusion and discussion.
