【摘要】：在人口數(shù)量不斷增長且土地資源有限的背景下,人地矛盾越來越嚴(yán)重,糧食供求關(guān)系偏緊,糧食安全問題逐漸受到人們的重視。近年來中央一號文件也多次關(guān)注糧食安全問題,而提高糧食生產(chǎn)能力無疑是保障國家糧食安全的重要舉措。吉林省作為重要的產(chǎn)糧大省,積極對其糧食生產(chǎn)條件進(jìn)行分析,找出影響糧食產(chǎn)能提升的重要因素并有針對性的進(jìn)行改善,對提高吉林省糧食產(chǎn)能及進(jìn)一步保障國家糧食安全和促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收具有十分重要的意義。本文首先定性分析了吉林省的糧食生產(chǎn)條件,并根據(jù)其糧食生產(chǎn)的特征變化劃分生產(chǎn)階段,通過分析得知吉林省在全國糧食生產(chǎn)中的重要地位。同時得出吉林省的糧食生產(chǎn)條件有利于作物的生長,但由于人為等多方面的影響,這種優(yōu)越條件開始有所下降。其次,應(yīng)用spss軟件對農(nóng)業(yè)自然災(zāi)害、水資源利用、耕地數(shù)量變化、農(nóng)村勞動力、農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化、糧食財政直接補(bǔ)貼政策等因素與吉林省糧食產(chǎn)能之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系及影響程度分別進(jìn)行了分析。最后,通過分析提煉出主要的指標(biāo)因素,運(yùn)用Eviews軟件建立C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型對其與吉林省糧食總產(chǎn)量之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行定量分析,得出對吉林省糧食總產(chǎn)量的增長貢獻(xiàn)最大的因素為農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化,其貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到了75.11%。隨后進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用DPS采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,對影響吉林省糧食單產(chǎn)及勞均產(chǎn)量的指標(biāo)因素進(jìn)行研究,通過分析得出化肥施用量與人均耕地面積均對二者產(chǎn)生重要影響。通過分析得出要提高吉林省糧食產(chǎn)能首先要加強(qiáng)對耕地的管理與保護(hù);其次加大農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)投入,積極進(jìn)行田間水利設(shè)施建設(shè);此外,繼續(xù)對農(nóng)機(jī)具實行購置補(bǔ)貼,提高農(nóng)民對農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械的購買力,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化水平的進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing population and limited land resources, the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more serious, the relationship between supply and demand of grain is tight, and the problem of food security has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, the first document of the Central Committee has also paid attention to the issue of food security many times. Improving grain production capacity is undoubtedly an important measure to ensure national food security. Jilin Province, as an important grain-producing province, actively analyzes its grain production conditions. Find out the important factors that affect the increase of grain production capacity and improve it in a targeted way. It is of great significance to improve the grain production capacity of Jilin Province and to further ensure the national grain security and increase farmers' income. This paper first qualitatively analyzes the conditions of grain production in Jilin Province. According to the characteristics of grain production, the production stage is divided, and the important position of Jilin Province in the national grain production is found through analysis. At the same time, it is concluded that the grain production conditions of Jilin Province are favorable to the growth of crops. However, due to the influence of human factors, this advantage began to decline. Secondly, the application of spss software to agricultural natural disasters, utilization of water resources, changes in the quantity of cultivated land, rural labor force, agricultural science and technology extension, agricultural mechanization, The correlation between the grain direct subsidy policy and the grain production capacity in Jilin Province is analyzed respectively. Finally, the main index factors are extracted from the analysis. The relationship between C-D production function model and total grain yield of Jilin Province was quantitatively analyzed by using Eviews software. It was concluded that agricultural mechanization was the most important factor contributing to the growth of total grain output in Jilin Province. Its contribution rate has reached 75.11. then the index factors affecting grain yield per unit yield and average yield of workers in Jilin Province were studied by using DPS and grey relational analysis. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the amount of fertilizer and the area of cultivated land per capita have an important influence on them. Through the analysis, it is concluded that in order to improve the grain production capacity of Jilin Province, the management and protection of cultivated land should be strengthened, and the input of agricultural technology should be increased. In addition, we should continue to subsidize the purchase of farm machinery and tools, increase farmers' purchasing power to agricultural machinery, and further improve the level of agricultural mechanization.
