【摘要】：2007年以來,我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社得到了蓬勃發(fā)展,呈現(xiàn)出數(shù)量不斷增加、范圍不斷拓展、規(guī)模不斷壯大、形式日漸多樣、質(zhì)量不斷提升的特點,在推進農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展和標準化建設(shè)方面發(fā)揮了積極的作用,但在發(fā)展過程中也存在著一些問題,需要進一步的研究與解決。本研究基于對永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過資料收集和實地調(diào)查,綜合運用文獻查閱、典型調(diào)查、與有關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)座談、專家座談、合作社調(diào)查等方法,系統(tǒng)分析永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展特點、經(jīng)營模式、存在問題,并有針對性地提出永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的對策建議。旨在通過有效調(diào)動農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社在推進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的積極作用,促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和農(nóng)民的持續(xù)增收。本研究具體的內(nèi)容框架為：第一部分詳細地介紹了本研究的研究背景與意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法及本研究的創(chuàng)新與不足之處。第二部分主要闡述了農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的相關(guān)理論與國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,通過對比的形式,更加具體的區(qū)分和了解了農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社,并對各種國內(nèi)外合作社經(jīng)濟理論進行詳細對比分析。第三部分闡述了永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的運行情況,具體分析了永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的總體狀況、主要特征以及經(jīng)營模式。第四部分在認真總結(jié)分析永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過剖析,歸納總結(jié)出永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展中存在的主要問題。第五部分分別從政府層面和合作社層面提出永安市農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since 2007, professional cooperatives of farmers in our country have developed vigorously, showing the characteristics of increasing quantity, expanding scope, expanding scale, increasing variety of forms and improving quality. It has played an active role in promoting the development of agricultural industrialization and standardization construction, but there are still some problems in the process of development, which need to be further studied and solved. By means of data collection and field investigation, comprehensive use of literature review, typical investigation, discussion with leaders of relevant departments, expert discussions, cooperative investigation, etc., this paper systematically analyzes the development characteristics and management mode of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yongan City. Problems exist, and the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yongan City are put forward. The aim is to promote the positive role of farmers' specialized cooperatives in promoting the development of modern agriculture by effectively mobilizing the farmers' professional cooperatives. The main contents of this study are as follows: the first part introduces the background and significance of the research, the content of the study, The second part mainly expounds the related theories of the farmer specialized cooperative and the domestic and foreign research present situation, through the contrast form, has distinguished and understood the farmer specialized cooperative more concretely. The third part expounds the operation of the farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yongan city, and analyzes the general situation of the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Yongan city. The fourth part, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the present situation of the farmers' professional cooperative in Yongan city, through the analysis, Summarized the main problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Yongan City. The fifth part respectively from the government level and cooperative level put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Yongan City.
