【摘要】：本文基于2015—2016年湖南、江西兩省水稻種植大戶數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查,描述分析現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)村地區(qū)從事農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)農(nóng)戶的正規(guī)金融可獲性狀況,闡述了正規(guī)金融借貸約束產(chǎn)生原因及其對(duì)農(nóng)戶農(nóng)地流入規(guī)模和農(nóng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期投資的影響機(jī)制。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明:正規(guī)借貸約束程度越大對(duì)農(nóng)戶農(nóng)地流入規(guī)模的抑制程度越大。需求方對(duì)農(nóng)地流入規(guī)模的約束效應(yīng)顯著,供給方約束效應(yīng)則呈非線性,顯著抑制自有和社會(huì)資本不足農(nóng)戶的農(nóng)地流入規(guī)模;正規(guī)借貸約束會(huì)抑制農(nóng)戶的縱向農(nóng)機(jī)投資行為,表現(xiàn)為對(duì)農(nóng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期投資額具有抑制效應(yīng),但對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)長(zhǎng)期投資環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)無顯著影響。可見,正規(guī)借貸約束的長(zhǎng)期存在會(huì)抑制農(nóng)戶從小規(guī)模到大規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)的擴(kuò)張,并對(duì)農(nóng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期投資存在抑制效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the data survey of large rice farmers in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces from 2015 to 2016, this paper describes and analyzes the formal financial availability of farmers engaged in agricultural production in rural areas. This paper expounds the causes of formal financial lending constraints and its influence on farmers' farmland inflow and long-term investment in agricultural machinery. The empirical results show that the greater the degree of formal lending constraints is, the more restraint the formal lending constraints have on the farmers' farmland inflow scale. The greater the degree is, the more significant the restraint effect of demand side is on the scale of farmland inflow. On the other hand, the supply-side constraint effect is nonlinear, which significantly inhibits the scale of agricultural land inflow of farmers with or without sufficient social capital, while the formal lending constraint can restrain the longitudinal agricultural machinery investment behavior of farmers, which is shown by the inhibition effect on long-term investment in agricultural machinery. However, there is no significant effect on the number of long-term investment links in agriculture. It can be seen that the long-term existence of formal lending constraints will inhibit the expansion of farmers from small scale to large-scale management, and the long-term investment in agricultural machinery will have a restraining effect.
